I do love this system quite a bit, and it's great for when you know you wanna make someone, but you don't have your own ideas at the moment. You can grow them through this system instead and figure out who they are as you go. I liked it well enough that I started a handful of people for my fictional Indy fed with it. That's where it can have a little bit of an issue, because if you go through the same company, you're gonna get exposed to the same people and the same finishes and have the same partners at the same times, so a lot of their influencing factors can end up the same. Introducing visiting talent to add some variety to your home promotions is a good method for handling this issue. During my run, I would grab edits from other promotions at random as visitors for my guys; helped liven up the tag team progression as well.

DOes anyone have the document Carl made for KOC2 that was loosely based on the "MAnagement of the Ring" concept?

Something else I have done with this system is to use the logic of your primary trainer. He is your primary trainer after all, and as such, would have the most influence on the edit's wrestling style and training.
