From electrifying bouts in ECW that brought the brutality of Animal Hamaguchi's gym to the streets of Philadelphia, Yoshihiro Tajiri is a legend of professional wrestling with a career that celebrates its 30th year in September. From knocking Jerry Lynn senseless to thumping Little Guido for the TV title, forming an Unholy Alliance with Mikey Whipwreck, learning how William Regal takes his tea, and claiming the WWF World Tag Team Championships with the late, great Eddie Guerrero... Tajiri has done it all.
Name a promotion, and Tajiri has likely landed a famous Buzzsaw Kick between their ropes or tangled up an opponent in his famous Tarantula submission there.
A celebrated trainer, the former Tigre Blanco has given so much back to professional wrestling, and we're thrilled and honored to welcome him to the world of UPW.
