More Free Agent DLC drops. Hardcore Hall of Fame DLC: CW Anderson Mikey Whipreck Justin Credible Little Guido Bill Alfonso Stevie Richards Masato Tanaka Jerry Lynn
I was a little disappointed not to see Steve Corino in there, but at least I can make him.

I just asked a question on UPW's profile on X, and it turns out they have more wrestlers that signed up for the DLC, so be on the lookout for any announcements. (This could be why Brother Devon/D-Von Dudley was pulled away.)

From what I heard, they're saving D-Von for if/when they get the rest of the family. Makes enough sense. Between him, Bully Ray, and Spike, he's probably the one who can stand his own the least.

I also know a while back Sam threw out a few names of his 'Dream Gets' but wasn't sure if it would be possible since some of them are under WWE Legends contracts.

I was just reading up on Demolition's legal battles against the WWE over the last 20+ years. Before the era of legends contracts, Bill Eadie sued the WWE for legal rights to the Demolition gimmick, associated merchandising, and ownership of his character 'Ax'. The court ruled in Titan Sports favour. I guess with the 2016 lawsuit where 51 Wrestlers reported to have suffered brain injuries while competing for the WWE, maybe Titan Sports has since distanced themselves from Demolition; allowing for such appearances...

Another update.
Hey guys,
First off, we wanted to offer up an apology for the lack of posts this month. It's been incredibly busy on the development side and with stuff going on behind the scenes (things we think you're all going to love!) we've simply not had the chance to check-in and update all you fine folks on what's been going on.
Gameplay for the demo is coming along tremendously well with new updates and features being added every day. The build of our arena is almost complete with just a few licks of paint and some polish before it's ready to go in the demo. We're incredibly proud of how this whole thing is looking, how it's all come about and we're thrilled at some of the brilliant little details our 3D team have managed to include. We think this will be one of the best wrestling venues ever made and we can't wait for you all to try it out.
Lucha Lew has been crafting brand-new 3D face and head sculpts for our in-game wrestlers and he'll be showing these off over the next day or so. We'd love all your feedback and thoughts on these; everything is being built with creativity and fun in mind, so you'll be able to see how our character models are put together - and how you can take them apart to build your own unique wrestlers!
Thank you all for the wonderful support and excitement over WrestleMania weekend with our announcement of our Hardcore Legends wing. Stay tuned, there will be more to follow...
Lastly, we'll be making some new signing announcements right here on Patreon in the coming week, so keep an eye out for that - you never know who might show up!
We appreciate every single contribution made to this page and your support is so incredibly important to the whole team and project, so a huge 'thank you' to everyone who has joined us on this wild journey so far. We hope to do you all proud. Please remember to join our Discord and keep eyes on our Twitter for breaking updates on the future of UPW.

As the dev staff prepare to show off some new gameplay and animation, they've released the old patreon footage of some of the moves in their early development stages. If most of the moves look familiar it's because they are reanimating the base moves from all the original AKI games as starter moves. This footage is four or five months old at this point.

I hope they keep the bell sound effect with the groin shots, that always made me laugh.
It seems crazy that the old AKI games are so universally loved and that fans have been screaming for a return to form for decades now, but all of those voices have somehow arrogantly been ignored. At least fund raising campaigns can bring stuff like this to life now, I just hope they pull it off and keep things simple!
As always, thanks for the updates!

It was momentarily posted on twitter but then taken down, but it looks like Sabu is also joining the Free Agent DLC. I assume they will be posting it up again at some point. Also new video footage going up soon to Patreon supporters.
EDIT: Back up I made note on twitter that Sabu is shown in more than four outfits, alluding that we may get more than 4 outfit slots per wrestler.

Can't post the video since it's a Patreon video, but HyperFocus announces they're currently animating 184 Front Grapple AKI moves in the latest update and say there are still many more left.
There was also a new video about the head sculpting in the game and showing off how wrestlers are going to look slightly more real and detailed by the time of release. Bill Dollar already looks better in his new sculpt.
