That really sucks about the crashes. Did they happen more in matches or edit mode? Crashes happened most frequently exiting Edit Mode and Move Craft. I had a couple of post-Match Results crashes as well. I don't seem to have lost any data from the crashes, but it's irritating me enough to get it taken care of. I spoke to Hana about it and she said her subscriptions are in the 7000 range and experiences more frequent crashes once it reaches 8 or 9K. I've needed to clear things out for a while anyways. I'm also not sure if the additional strain from streaming made a difference, but I don't think it would since I didn't experience this many crashes until recently.I've gotten my subscriptions to just over 7200, down from over 7500. I've found that I'm crashing most of the time with custom parts at this point. I am probably going to be uninstalling several edits that I don't use that have custom parts attached to them.

After several hours of play overnight, I experienced fewer crashes than the night before. Still questioning whether or not I want to keep the edits with a lot of custom parts attached to them - I uninstalled several parts that weren't attached to anything and crashed several times while doing so, so it leads me to believe that custom parts, for the most part, are the biggest issue I'm facing. I've also reinstalled the ModPack and appear to be running fine with it now.

I think Parts wreak havoc on the game worse than anything else on the Workshop. I believe that this was true before the great "Workshop Chill" of December and continue to be true in the after-days.
Back in October, I finally started to make headway in making my game playable again when I realized how many parts I had subscribed to. Not only did just going into the Parts area in the delete menu cause crashes, but my game recovered significantly from the constant crashing once I deleted 90% of the parts I had downloaded. When I checked the parts I had deleted, the size of them was significantly higher than even the larger/longer moves I had. To put it in perspective, I had deleted probably 200 moves to very little effect but then I deleted like 25-50 parts and the game was playable again. Deleting these parts was actually the turning point in reclaiming Fire Pro for the mostly good people of Goosedor.
Take those parts, shine them up real nice, and torpedo them into the delete bin. They are no good. They crash and they thrash and they burn our games down.
Very glad that things are smoother in your game 😎

Yeah, as I've played over the past few days, things are mostly okay outside of the rare crash from Parts Craft. I use a few of them here and there, but I don't rely on them too heavily. I only use them if I absolutely need something specific: A beret for my mime, a rocket launcher for my robot, the custom Mist parts for a couple of edits, which is probably the most useful part I'm subscribed to.

I have 7845 edits and just loaded FPW on my Steam Deck for the first time since January. I am going through my edits, and it appears that all edits are once again playable. Can anyone confirm that the Workshop bug issue has been resolved? I'm pleased. :)

Placebo if anything. I still hear about this on occasion.
