Correct. The number referenced to the slot that the edit was in on the save file. Yeah, the old edits just got a number. I think DP just named them due to the situation he mentioned. We used to just have numbers for convenience of recognizing, choosing, porting edits. We can definitely use DP's edits in the draft and then people can rename them after they draft them. I'm not against making some random edits named E554 lol but most my edits sit unused....even by me. Like for instance I made a Amish Samoa Joe type edit.....I love the edit but I have limited time and energy in my old age  I cant go around running 17 efeds anymore. Like I said they can be altered in any fashion and thanks to the death of save packs, and collab efeds as we knew them...why not use them. I really do miss save packs; it offered so much more than just edits. It offered someones entire vision, from logos and rings to how the promotion and stables where structured. I can think of 2 people who actually tried to rebuild each others efed worlds and it's just too much. First you gotta download every wrestler, one at a time (unless the author made a collection) and then you need to painstakingly recreate their promotions, stables and ect. My original efeds have expanded to 20+ promotions....just in the USA. Nevermind Europe, Japan and Mexico. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

For whatever my edits are worth these days lol....here are some edits nice and recent and could be yours for a simple price of one draft pick....or two for a tag team...idk what geese has in mind. Here you'll find a brutual heavyweight who just hit the Midwest indies...THE AMISH, and from North Cali, we have the Bayside Boyz. DC is a 157 point main eventer....his friend Beachler....less so. Scaz is a thin skateboard punk turned wrestler and inspired by a real wrestler only CWFH fans would get. Big Slice is Slice boogie of recent NWA fame but without the Mets holding him back lol. Enjoy his A's attire, Giants and Reds. Mal Lobo is a Rudo with a Werewolf gimmick, he even howls with a certian taunt. 13 is basically 10 from AEW. Kymera is a prick.

Finally got around to making my appearance for the draft - I used my favourite British subcultures, the 1970s punk/1980s skinhead scenes as inspiration and worked something from there. It was good fun and thanks to OrochiGeese for organising

A few weeks ago I set a tentative start date for July 5th but I am going to make it later. I'd like to gather more edit submissions from people before we actually start the Draft. Right now we have about 17 from DP and 1 from eskiman. I'm going to be working on a few as well. I think we should get to at least 25 before the draft starts. 30 would be better if possible. Does that plan sound good for all of you? So keep those submissions coming!! π¨ I'm not against making some random edits named E554 lol π Haha, you can definitely keep the names that you have given them. People are free to change them when they draft them but they can also keep them. I would be keeping them probably...or maybe changing the last name to make a connection with an existing character I have which I do a lot LOL. but most my edits sit unused....even by me. Like for instance I made a Amish Samoa Joe type edit.....I love the edit but I have limited time and energy in my old age  I cant go around running 17 efeds anymore. Yeah, I can barely run 1 fed right now, let alone the 3 I was consistently running in my prime (while also participating in like 20 others, LOL). I really do miss save packs; it offered so much more than just edits. It offered someones entire vision, from logos and rings to how the promotion and stables where structured. Yeah, it represented people's entire Fire Pro world in a way that the Workshop kind of splits. Sure, people can have "Collections" but it just doesn't feel the same as it did when you open up someone's edit pack and see everything they customized from the order of their edits (to get a sense of hierarchy) to the stables that they had. Of course, FPR's edit mode was so much better at combining edits with stables unlike FPW's. When I used to release my edits publicly, I made specially designed "public packs" where I gave people an idea of my edit/stable structure and gave my logos and titles as well. I can think of 2 people who actually tried to rebuild each others efed worlds and it's just too much. First you gotta download every wrestler, one at a time (unless the author made a collection) and then you need to painstakingly recreate their promotions, stables and ect. Yeah, total lost cause there. I just make factions for people's e-feds and do my best to filter the edits into the right factions. It's messy but I can't imagine taking the time to simulate someone else's save. Mine is messy enough! π My original efeds have expanded to 20+ promotions....just in the USA. Nevermind Europe, Japan and Mexico. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. If I had all the time I wanted to e-fed, I probably would have more promotions than I have. As it is, UBL has a dual personality thing going on with a more sports-style league running for half the edits and a more traditional pro wrestling product for the other half of the edits. Then there's the rookies who I wish I could do more for with a full training program storyline and events. Even if everything was still running under the UBL name, I'd still probably have like 3 different style shows running within that umbrella promotion. For whatever my edits are worth these days lol....here are some edits nice and recent and could be yours for a simple price of one draft pick....or two for a tag team...idk what geese has in mind. I'm going to keep it to "one pick per round." If people want to draft edits as tag teams, they have to draft them both. If we had more edits, I'd allow people to draft them as tag teams together but we're not really going to have enough. Thank you again for your submissions! I really love what you are giving us here in this post and the previous batch!! I already have my eye and drafting finger on two specific ones! π Finally got around to making my appearance for the draft - I used my favourite British subcultures, the 1970s punk/1980s skinhead scenes as inspiration and worked something from there. It was good fun and thanks to OrochiGeese for organising Thank you so much for your submission! π Really excellent job on this edit! Really love that attire. It completely POPS! You picked great alternate colors too (especially for the hair!) and thanks for making alts for those slots. This guy is gonna be on my list π

Made 8 template edits, no names, no assigned gimmicks. made off the top of my head randomly. I am even going to delete them off my personal save so they will be draft exclusive. id have made more but life, work and a short Terraria binge took care of my free time.

First couple of draft edits I've whipped up. I'll probably pop out a couple more before the deadline, just wanted to go ahead and throw these two out there.

I'm going to make a new post later tonight that attempts to organize some of the information in this thread and provides a list of all the contributions and those who are going to be drafters. Meanwhile, I actually made two draft appearances last night! Goose Egg 1: Amaresu. Amateur wrestler-style character with a flashier look than what I usually make for this in ring style. I had in mind a surfer punk style character when I made his appearances. I actually made the second one first then wanted to make an alt and liked the alt attire/look better so it's now his first. Someone needs to make this a high pick on your draft list otherwise I'm probably going to draft him and put him on a roster already overcrowded by amateur/shoot types. Don't make me give another wrestler armwork π Ignore the green at the bottom of the soles. I just noticed that and will fix it on the edit itself. It was an accidental holdover from when I cloned this appearance off of his attire below. Goose Egg 1: MONSTERARSU. Influences for this are Kane, Abyss, Man in the Iron Mask, and horror movie characters. I just made one appearance because I don't see this being the kind of guy who changes clothes often. I tried to simulate tattered/torn clothes, barbed wire across his knees, and bandages on his shins. You may want to simulate a tetanus shot on him before putting him in the ring. At the least, he's a ring crew member who makes low rent cosplay outfits. Made 8 template edits, no names, no assigned gimmicks. made off the top of my head randomly. I am even going to delete them off my personal save so they will be draft exclusive. id have made more but life, work and a short Terraria binge took care of my free time. Wow, your quick creative output is incredible! Definitely putting 2 of those edits near the very top of my list! ππ I start vacation in July so waiting a week from the 5th and I could possibly get an edit or two in That sounds good. I think you'll have time to get an edit in then π First couple of draft edits I've whipped up. I'll probably pop out a couple more before the deadline, just wanted to go ahead and throw these two out there. Really love the contrast between those two!! The low-rent attire of the first is really cool. And the secnd edit is so colorful and has an awesome mask and great color combinations!! I can see making use of each one!! π

Small correction. I donβt plan on actually drafting, but I do plan on having a couple of edits done soon to enter in the draft though

I want to draft for sure. (which you had me in both slots) Would I be able to draft even if I can't submit an edit I in time cause it seems like not everyone is going to use edits that's submitting them? I really want to make a submission but I got to get myself motivated during my vacation and that's harder to do these days.

Small correction. I donβt plan on actually drafting, but I do plan on having a couple of edits done soon to enter in the draft though Thanks for the clarification π‘ You can still change your mind on that before the draft begins though. You can also take one draft pick in the first round and then leave the draft after that. But I took you off the list for now. And you are very welcome to submit your edits too. We really appreciate that π I want to draft for sure. (which you had me in both slots) Would I be able to draft even if I can't submit an edit I in time cause it seems like not everyone is going to use edits that's submitting them? I really want to make a submission but I got to get myself motivated during my vacation and that's harder to do these days. You can definitely draft edits even if you don't submit any edits. There's no pressure to submit edits at all. I took you off the "maybe" list so you are just on the "yes" list now π

Threw together a couple more. My lowkey goal is to try to make more edits for this than DP, two at a time, but I'm for sure not gonna manage it because work is about to start keeping me way busier. But I *will* try! I'm wanting every edit I make for this to have a very different gimmick. Edit 1 could be this old school southern brawler or a white trash comedy goof. Edit 2 is your cocky, but talented luchadore, maybe he's a silent rudo, maybe he's a technico with loads of charisma. Edit 3 is a modernized power and paint/Native American wrestler like maybe Warhorse as Tatanka. Edit 4 is, of course, a big time powerhouse shoot wrestler; maybe he's a genetic freak, maybe he's a roided out monster who'd failed every single USADA test you can imagine. I'll see what else I can cook up when I get more time.

Great!! π I just added your two new ones to the list. I particularly like the really unique and eye catching fourth attire/color scheme of the first edit and the awesome MMA trunks of the second edit π Threw together a couple more. My lowkey goal is to try to make more edits for this than DP, two at a time, but I'm for sure not gonna manage it because work is about to start keeping me way busier. But I *will* try! DP seems to create batches of new edits in his sleep at this point π Even if you don't catch up, I appreciate all of the effort you are putting into making these. Thank you! That's exactly what I'm trying to do too. I really want there to be a lot of variety in this draft as well as variety in my output. I have the amateur wrestler guy, the monster edit, and I'm working on a Muay Thai kickboxing inspired edit too. One really cool thing I have found about previous drafts is how it helps me add more styles to my feds. I tend to make many edits of similar fighting styles (submission, amateur, shoot, strikers). It can be hard to find the incentive to try to make a totally new style of edit. But the drafts have allowed me to go outside my comfort zone because I see these awesome looking appearances that I just want to build into full edits. So maybe I'm not the guy to initially create a lucha edit from scratch but if someone else did an awesome appearance, I'm more likely to then draft and complete that edit so that my fed has that style representative. The drafts have really helped me in that regard. Also, I'd say about 5-10 edits in my upper midcard/main event scene right now were ones I initially drafted.
