Purely from an accuracy point of view, what's everyone's personal favourites? The GTS and F5 are two of mine. Not by any means my favourite finishing moves IRL but the game absolutely nails them visually
Ha, I came here to say the GTS. Not only is it well animated but it looks like it absolutely KILLS the person on the receiving end! From the newer batch of moves, I must say I adore Hirooki Goto's GTR.

a variation of the stunner in the game actually has a completely different sell job thats more like scott hall's sell at wm18 I believe that's the Fireman's Carry Stunner (not to be confused with the Fireman's Carry Ace Crusher), which R-Truth happens to bust out on occasion during his longer matches, that you're referring to? My thoughts on best-looking finishers are Classic - Go 2 Sleep, F-5, 5-Star Frog Splash, Escargot Newer - Storm Breaker, Rainmaker, Running V-Trigger (it's only a few frames long, but it just looks so CLEAN, you know?), Kamigoye/Crossed-Arms German Suplex to Kamigoye, Golden Trigger

I just need to add one thing. Whilst I really do love the Rainmaker, I do wish we had a variation without the backflip sell.
Sorry Okada, I still love you!

To my eyes, the 5-Star Frog Splash is far and away the most well-animated finisher-level thang in the game. The pained, writhing, belly-clutching sell by the deliverer is so good I think it's really a shame that this fantastic animation doesn't pop up elsewhere, and that other moves don't have similarly dramatic animations.

I really love the vertebraker/kudo driver/da cop killa - I never like watching it in real life and even the game makes me cringe as I believe in the danger. For that reason and the way the animation drops on the head it’s one of the best for me
I haven’t found a character reason to give it to one of own creations yet though which is a shame

I managed to hit a perfect Shooting Star Press earlier today with my Billy Kidman edit. Shame I didn't record it, it was a thing of beauty. I would also agree that the 5-Star Frog Splash looks dope as well.
On the flip side, whenever Randy Orton tries (and fails) to hit an RKO it looks awkward AF... Never can get it to work properly

Oh yeah, also, how did I not mention the Michinoku Driver before? Such a great, fluid animation, and it looks devastating without looking unrealistically dangerous. No animation of it in any other game comes close, either - not even No Mercy/VPW. Every other game has it so stiff, and with a totally flat-back landing, so it basically looks like a bodyslam. In Fire Pro, though, it's perfect - especially since we've got the non-pinning version now, too.

Agreed. Michinoku Driver II has a really good snap to it.

Oh yeah, I remember that was one of the animations that really stood out to me in Returns And sort of along that vein, the Falcon Arrows and their new variations. Most other games have a kind of awkward stall or just a really weak impact, but I fell in love with the quick up-and-over way they were animated in Fire Pro, and then again with the fluid turning style in World

The Inferno Brainbuster has this and looks great. I love Ibushi's Powerbomb and the Superstar Elbow (which has a nicely animated scoop slam that'd I'd love as a seperate move). Then there's the Rainmaker V-Trigger which has a nice crumple sell that I think would look great on the GTS and tons of others.

The V-Trigger crumple sell is one of my favorite sells in the game, easily.
It reminds me a little of No Mercy's "knockout" animation where they kind of shake as they are falling.
I also really like the initial bodyslam pickup for the Superstar Elbow 👏

I also really like the initial bodyslam pickup for the Superstar Elbow 👏 Fun fact: Emu's finisher is the Pumphandle Driver because it incorporates the slam thematically. He also has the Pumphandle Slam as a tease to the Pumphandle Driver. I really like the Fallaway Slam animations; It makes for a good tease for the Lightning Spiral. The Fallaway Moonsault Slam would be sweet as a Running Counter since we have the Spanish Fly as a Counter. Also, a Standing Grapple variation for both moves would be sweet to have too. Man, I'm gonna be busy repurposing moves we already have before I even get close to making actual moves.

Also, a Standing Grapple variation for both moves would be sweet to have too Ooh, that would be a great idea!! I can definitely see a standing fallaway moonsault slam as a possibility for a few wrestlers of mine. Man, I'm gonna be busy repurposing moves we already have before I even get close to making actual moves. Me too! Once I figure out the move creation, I'll be spending most of my time either taking existing moves and putting them in other situations or modifying the animation of existing moves just a little bit.

I was thinking of doing that with the strike exchange moves. The game is lacking there. Maybe try some new things like clinchers that daze or taunts instead of strikes.
And I've always liked the last kick in the Ibushi Rush. I'd replace that ancient ass solebutt with that and make a solebutt that stuns as an Irish Whip counter. Unless someone else does it first.
