Purely from an accuracy point of view, what's everyone's personal favourites?
The GTS and F5 are two of mine. Not by any means my favourite finishing moves IRL but the game absolutely nails them visually

Jackhammer, codebreaker, swanton bomb, rainmaker and OWA are all top of mind good.
The most disappointing to me (again off the top of my head) are the Rock Bottom (maybe the worst looking finisher in the game) and the sell animation for the stunner.

Running. Liger. Bomb.
I'll fully disagree about the stunner. That, in my mind, is the exact right sell. I don't want guys taking crazy bumps off it because then it only looks good on certain guys. Smackdown used to drive me nuts with that; all the stunners had goofy sells off of them that looked right for one guy each. I'll take the simple, clean bump in Firepro all day long.
Doctor Death's backdrop also looks absolutely glorious. 10/10 would recommend. (Viewing, not taking.)

I agree that the "Rock Wrestlemania" sell is dumb (in games and in real life), and that I prefer a more "realistic" sell. But the sell in FPW is just, I don't know, underwhelming. I want a little something more (I've always planned that as my first move to craft as a way to get my feet wet with the mode).

One of the finisher's the edit of myself has been using since Returns is the Shining Axe Kick, although I renamed it the Tsujigiri (Crossroads Killing) after the feudal era practice of Samurai testing out a new sword or killing technique on a random person, usually done discretely at night on well traveled crossroad intersections.

Rainmaker is beautifully animated. So is that new running lariat that came with the Stardom pack I think. There are a lot of moves that I love but feel are animated poorly and have little to no impact. So I'll never use them. I just won't pop if they are pulled off so what's the point. On the other hand, there are moves that I wasn't as aware of that are animated with such impact that I became an instant fan and started to mark out for that move in real life. One example is the Delayed/Original STO aka the Osotogari. I love the initial form of the move and that one second delay before the snap forward animation slams them to the ground. The animation made me learn more about its origin as a judo throw and gain a new appreciation for it and the other judo moves. I remember being very excited at the prospect of the shining axe kick back when it was announced in the summer before FPR release. Unfortunately I was kind of let down as to the animation for the actual kick (it kinda resembled a "tap") but I absolutely love the name and concept that you gave to it!! Wow ⚔

I actually renamed this move "Shining Road" in FPR after a Cranes song, and had no idea about Tsujigiri.

Okay, but we can only fight using Rock Bottoms and Running Ligerbombs. I could see doing different sells for the stunner and using the movelist mod so you get like, a variety of different sells. I have my own ideas of what I want to do with move crafting first. Primarily, I want to get the awesome-looking run counter fujiwara armbar into at least a couple of the other positions, because the old animations for that move look super broken.

I really wish there was a way to make the knuckle pat counter as a standing strike.

I like the delayed and spinning vertical brainbusters a lot, as well as the Wild Bombs and most variations of the Thunder Fire Also the chickenwing suplex is gorgeously animated and looks like just absolute death

The Wild Bombs are awesome and the Chickenwing Suplex is one of my favorite moves in the game as well 😎

The Storm Breaker, Time Bomb, and Rainmaker are definitely the best animated of the newer stuff. I want to say the Destino, but only if the move was like half as fast as the animation is. Same for the Essex Destroyer.

Yes, I actually noticed the Time Bomb last week! I was really impressed with how well animated it was.
