Amazon-1 Grand Prix 7 Finals
The night began with a battle royale to replace the injured KANABO in the quarterfinals; Mary MacGregor impressed early on eliminating three women only to be bundled out from behind by eventual winner Bonnie Blair. The first quarterfinal began in chaos as Ripper Reno and Linda Parker battled on the floor, Reno managing to get in the ring at 19 with Linda Parker not making it in. Ruth Samspon put Alena Sturmbjorn in her deadliest holds but fell victim to a Runestone Piledriver to allow the Grand Champion a pass to the semi-finals.

Holly Houghton fought hard against Honey Badger but was felled by not one but two consecutive Diving Leg Drops. Bonnie Blair would do her best to upset the cinderella story of Gina Teller in a near 23-minute masterpiece but it was a Meteor Punch from One Punch Girl to seal the semis for Teller. And in non-tournament action rookies River Reade and Tamika Eclipse would do battle, Eclipse drilling Reade with the Total Eclipse.

In the semi-finals, Ripper Reno would try to make it to the A1GP finals for the first time at the expense of Alena Sturmbjorn but fell to the chamion's vaunted Warhammer knee. The underdog story of Gina Teller seemed like it was going to continue but Honey Badger caught Teller in the Honey Trap to force a submission. After the match though, Lara Lockhart came out, seemingly to console her good friend but instead planted her into the canvas with two Power Glove Choke Slams, ending the A-1 career of Gina Teller not only with a painful defeat but a shocking betrayal to boot.

After a tag team war where The Submissionaries bested the Santa Monica Wrecking Crew in a huge upset, we were left with the finals. Alena Sturmbjorn making her second consecutive trip to the finals, a feat not repeated since Kathy Queen was a finalist in the first two Grand Prix tournaments, while Honey Badger the determined dark horse was looking to spoil what seemed inevitable. The two went to war bringing in their big guns early but in the end, the Warhammer was what won the day, and for the first time since the Grand Championship was formed, the woman holding the title has stood tall in the Grand Prix, capping off an incredible year for the Warrior Queen.

AS: "Requiem? I destroyed her without effort."

LM: "Nah, bruh. See, you beat a lot of people for that title, bruh.... but not me bruh. In fact, I never got a rematch, bruh."

LG: "That's right. And she was never actually pinned for the title in the first place."

AS: "Hmph. Well, Martinez, you will fall like the others. I understand that you partake in herbal medicine for some unknown malady. Well, the injuries I inflict upon you will not be so easily remedied."

Alena walks out, Lumpy looks to Requiem.

LM: "Bruh, I TOLD you she was from Amsterdam! She knows all about the medicine bruh!"

RR: "No, she's definitely from Finland. I think she said she was going to put you in the hospital."

LM: "Nah bruh, she's just got a hookup for some of the GOOD stuff bruh."

RR: "Look, we'll need to train..."

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Tower is in front of a door talking to Linda Parker

LP: "So don't worry about the sanctions, we'll take care of that, and we'll grant you a bonus to..."

Holly Houghton walks up to them.

HH: "There you are, I've been lookin' for you. What the fuck was that?"

LP: "Excuse me, I was..."

HH: "Fuck off, I'm talking to my friend. Liz, what the fuck mate? I saved your arse from the Stone Sisters when nobody else would and this is the thanks I get?"

ET: "Look, Holly... I was told by Bonnie Blair not to come out."

HH: "And you listened to that shaved posh wanker?"

LP: "I advise you not to an-"

HH: "Piss off."

ET: "...I'm under contract, okay. I represent Blair's Army and I'm not able to team with anyone else."

HH: "Alright then, where's Blair, I'll join up with you lot and we'll get our titles back."

LP: "Miss Blair is busy right now, preparing for an important business engagement. But as her legal counsel, I regret to inform you that we are not interested in a working agreement with you."

HH: "Why?"

LP: "I don't need to..."

ET: "I wanted to have you aboard. Blair called you 'a low-class degenerate' and dismissed the idea."

LP: "Miss Tower please let me handle this. See, Miss Houghton we..."

HH: "Yeah, I'll trust her over a snake like you any day. Well tell your boss this then. I'm calling her out and I'm gonna make her a redhead when I'm done with her."

LP: "Miss Tower, your boss' well being has been threatened."

ET: "Holly?"

HH: "Yeah?"

ET: "I'm sorry."

HH: "Bout not being there?"

ET: "Well, yes. But also for this."

Tower grabs Holly by the collar and throws her into a nearby table.

LP: "That will do Miss Tower. I will notify security to handle it from here."

Mary MacGregor is sitting in a dark room.

MM: "When I was growing up I didn't like having dolls that were the same as everyone else's. So I would make them different. I'd color their hair with nail polish, use a knife to cut down their chest to make them look more like people I knew... I remember one time, I watched Tank Girl on TV, I never saw a girl with short hair before so I gave one of mine as short a haircut as I could manage. I also got bullied by other girls, because I was different from them. They would steal my dolls and break them, call them 'freak dolls'. Eventually I wasn't allowed to have dolls because my parents thought I broke them."

MM: "Well now, it's my turn to break dolls. And there's so many to choose from. Maybe I'll snap them in half. Or rip their heads off. Maybe I'll tear their limbs off one... at a time. All you pretty little dolls, you probably bullied kids like me when you were in school. Now you're going to learn what it was like. All my tears will be yours."

Tower: "Am I hearing right? Did you really put your contract up to have a match with me?"

Holly: "Yeah, it's brilliant, Liz. If I win, your contract with Blair's Army is off. You just lay down for me and we can team together again."

Tower: "Did you really think it was going to be that easy?"

Holly: "Come off it, you don't really want to work for that posh bellend, do you?"

Tower: "You're right, I don't. But here's the thing... my contract with Blair's army states that if it gets ended prematurely for any reason... I have to resign from Amazon-1."

Holly: "What?!"

Tower: "Yeah. Maybe you should have checked with me first. Some friend you are."

Holly: "Liz, I'll get us out of this. Kathy Queen's a barrister now, right?"

Tower: "Yeah, Queen passed the bar, but word is she's not taking cases from anyone in A-1. Ethical conflict of interest."

Holly: "Fuck me..."

Tower: "Yeah well, it's you or me losing our jobs now. And I'm not volunteering."

The Unbreakables are sitting backstage.

Kelly Condor: "I told you, Julia. Can't keep a good woman down forever. Now that you're back, I say we pick off where we started."

Julia San Romero: "You think we can do it?"

Condor: "I know we can. The Submissionaries may be more experienced than us as a team but we've got more to prove. And if we..."

The Stone Sisters walk into view.

Big Jen Stone: "So you're the Unbreakables, huh? You think you're gonna hang in our division?"

Bad Judy Stone: "I say we see how 'Unbreakable' these fools really are."

The Submissionaries step in.

Terra: "It's not your division any more. Now back off."

Big Jen steps forward but Judy holds her arm.

Bad Judy: "Nah sis, they gon find out when it's time."

Jen scowls but the Stones walk off, and the Submissionaries and Unbreakables shake hands.

Kathy Queen, Lucy Gold, and Alena Sturmbjorn are sitting around a table.

Alena Sturmbjorn: "I do not understand why I must face this harlot again."

Lucy Gold: "Because Kathy Queen is the only person in the last year to score a fall over you, and she is the top ranked contender."

Sturmbjorn: "Very well. And what sort of match will I be conquering her in?"

Kathy Queen: "See that's the thing. The one time I beat you in a match, it wasn't with gimmicks. It was a straight up match. But, we all know vanilla is not my flavor. So I was thinking, I did pretty good in a wager match. So, this is how I'll put your name on this contract. If I lose, I won't challenge for the Grand Championship until you lose it."

Sturmbjorn: "Very well. You will not be challenging for a very long time then."

Queen signs the contract, then Sturmbjorn as well.

Queen: "How's your boyfriend, by the way? The one back in Finland."

Sturmbjorn: "He is doing well, why do you ask?"

Queen: "Well, it's been so long since you've seen him, right? But you need to stay in America, defend your title. I'm sure you want to see him again. But does he want to see you? Maybe he's found a new beau. Or maybe after I become a three time A-1 Champion... and since I finally passed the bar... maybe me and my King will go to Finland and look him up. And I'll have your boyfriend on his knees... screaming my name... as I make him my bitch."

Sturmbjorn flips the table and throws her belt at Queen, who catches it and throws it right back at her before diving at her and the two slugging it out.

Lucy Gold: "SECURITY!"

While Gold tries to get security, the two get back to their feet, but Alena kicks Queen between the legs, dropping her in position for the Warhammer knee before security finally arrives to seperate them.

After a match where rookie Abby Stern demolished Melly Sanders with a "Multiball Special" (Triple Fishermans) we began the show proper with a No Countouts match where the Stone Sisters would best Blair's Army after a running spinebuster by Big Jen onto Ruth Sampson; but Bonnie Blair would get a microphone promising $100,000 and a spot in Blair's Army for anyone who can injure Holly Houghton. Back in action Sandra Lavender would conquer Ripper Reno with not one but three "Bell, Book, and Candle"s (Okada Neckbreaker).

MAYHEM would make a case for tag team title contendership besting former champs The Unbreakables after Death Machine pinned San Romero with a brutal Kenka Kick. Former Grand Championship rivals Annie Bell-Lee and TEK*GIRL Saiba would battle until a headbutt on the floor incapacitated Saiba allowing Bell-Lee a countout win. Mary MacGregor started strong against Zara Al-Harbi but the more experienced woman focused on the Scottish juggernaut's arm, reversing a powerbomb into a rana and following up with a backdrop into a jujigatame for the submission win. While MacGregor was sulking to the back, Linda Parker would pass a business card to Mary MacGregor who would look it over as she headed behind the curtain.

The A-1 Tag titles were on the line next as former champions Santa Monica Wrecking Crew went up against The Submissionaries. The Submissionaries were on point but the Wrecking Crew showed tag team tactics and teamwork that can only come from being lifelong best friends, and eventually Requiem would deliver a flawless moonsault to Terra to score the win in an amazing match that make the Wrecking Crew two-time A-1 Tag Champs.

In a Lighttubes match the glass would shatter but the bad blood between Kathy Queen and Lara Lockhart would still be firm. Queen started strong but Lara Lockhart managed to floor Queen with a "Crash Bomber" (Axe Bomber) for a nearfall... a "FATALITY!" (Vertebreaker) for another nearfall and almost immediately after ANOTHER Crash Bomber for the huge three count. But that wasn't all as Abby Stern would emerge from the back and join Lockhart in brutalizing Kathy Queen, focusing on the Ace of Spades' ankle before being seperated by security.

Lastly it was the A-1 Grand Championship on the line as Holly Houghton looked to be the one to unseat Alena Sturmbjorn. Houghton was at the top of her intensity and it was a chaotic brawl between the two until a reverse powerbomb on the floor by the Warrior Queen would change everything. Houghton avoided a countout but could not recover, and fell to the "Runestone Piledriver" (One Winged Angel) for the three count. After the match it seemed as if Sturmbjorn would look to collect on the bounty, grasping Holly's wrists seemingly to set up for the "Warhammer" (Kamigoye)... but instead let Holly go, holding the title high in front of her defeated foe to end the night.

After a pre-show hwere Soldier 2501 dispatched her opposition with almost no effort, Blair's Army would get a win in six-woman action over Bella Hemlok and The Unbreakables after Ruth Sampson submitted Kelly Condor with Modern R't. Abby Stern would face off against the Ace of Spades herself Kathy Queen in a valiant effort but get choked out with the Cthulhu Clutch. Meanwhile Lady Liberty would impress against TEK*GIRL Saiba but would get pinned by three Shadowruns.

An old rivalry was renewed as The Submissionaries and the Stone Sisters clashed and after nearly 18 minutes Terra would hammer Big Jen with a Groundbreaker heard throughout the arena for the three count. Meanwhile Mary MacGregor would go against Holly Houghton in a physical battle that ended with not one but TWO PKs to fell the Scottish rookie. MacGregor would quickly recover while Houghton celebrated and it looked like she would try to cash in on the bounty set by Bonnie Blair... but Marie St. Dumas who was injured by MacGregor would come out. Tension filled the air.... but Marie would ignore MacGregor and go after Houghton instead. MacGregor seemingly disinterested would simply leave the ring as St. Dumas put Houghton in the "Spellbinder" (Reverse Figure Four) then throw her violently over the ropes before being escorted out by security.

In a three-way dance Sandra Lavender would make a strong statement for a future chance at the Grand Championship, knocking out Annie Bell-Lee with Bell Book And Candle and forcing the submission specialist Zara Al-Harbi to tap out to a Cobra Twist. In a brutal brawl MAYHEM would challenge the Santa Monica Wrecking Crew going nearly half an hour, but it was a sick KANABO Driver by KANABO on Lumpy Martinez with Death Machine II cutting off Rebecca Requiem would lead to MAYHEM finally capturing A-1 Tag Team Gold.

Finally the Grand Championship match as Lara Lockhart looked to stop the amazing run of Alena Sturmbjorn. Alena seemed to be limping as she entered the ring but refused to back down. Uncharacteristically though the Warrior Queen seemed to be on the back heel, eating a "FATALITY!" (Vertebreaker) and "Meteodrive" (Deadlift German) but surviving them both. Sturmbjorn looked to throw Lara into the ropes and try to make a comeback but Lara ended up hitting the ref. During the confustion Lara seemed to slip something into her elbow pad and hit Sturmbjorn with a series of elbows. Alena answered with some of her trademark offense but after a Reverse Powerbomb seemed to shake her head as if she was dazed, and this gave Lara an opening, getting Sturmbjorn's back, pulling on Alena's chain necklace and using the leverage to hit the Rolling Cutter for the three count. Lara Lockhart and her disciple Abby Stern would gloat over the body of the Warrior Queen as the show came to an end.
