Notice about booking edits belonging to a banned member.

It has once again been brought to my attention that a banned member's edit(s) are still getting booked in a fed within this community. Being banned from Critical Club revokes your right to participate in our community events, end of story. Even if the right was granted beforehand, it disappears the second they're booted. They are both incapable of being an active participant and incapable of peacefully existing in this community. To eliminate any ambiguity, this notice is in effect only for feds and other events that run in this section.
It doesn't matter whether the banned member is particularly disliked, or if the person running the offending fed is under the guise of running the "official" thing. There is already one very notable instance of conflict resulting from this and a second in the making I hope to avoid by making this post and setting a precedent that should have gone without saying.
