heelsinc my link is in my signature if you want to favorite it, although I'm dropping out of custom parts soon to try to learn moves and/or modding. TheAvenger3, I tried making a longer tie. I can lengthen the chest piece but only by a little, so it still really needs a waist piece. I made the waist piece using the double line seam from the baseball shirt (I think it is) and the Y-strap from Demolition that someone (SDSS?) did before I made the other straps. In both cases, you end up with the chest rotating about 45 degrees in many angles including the walk to the ring, while the stomach doesn't, resulting in the bottom part of the tie being several "inches" (in real-life scale) to the side of the chest piece. I'm really horrified by it. I'll be glad to post pngs if you or anyone else wants to play around with it to see if there's a more subtle way to blend with the chest where the separation would be less obvious, but I really don't think I can get it to work any better and I *hate* how it's looking now. It's worse than mirrored text on shirts issue IMO.

I could've swore someone made a waist nWo logo for Nash & Konnan tank tops, but now I can't find it. Did I imagine that? Does anyone know where the hell it is?

I'm at work but I know this was done and done early in the process. He has an older file on his Google Drive (in his signature) called nwo.tex so that's my best guess. |

I could've swore someone made a waist nWo logo for Nash & Konnan tank tops, but now I can't find it. Did I imagine that? Does anyone know where the hell it is? The Avenger, I think. I'm at work but I know this was done and done early in the process. He has an older file on his Google Drive (in his signature) called nwo.tex so that's my best guess. I just re-dled his nWo and his nwo files, and didn't see it. |

Sorry man, I really thought that was it. I would swear someone did an NWO waist logo. There was some waist part I was playing with that didn't have its own highlights file and I swear it defaulted to an NWO highlight. It was really odd.

ripper, that sounds to me like you may have old and updated tex files installed and it's loading the same basic piece twice, possibly with subtle differences you're not seeing immediately. I only had that problem when SDSS first separated his textures and I didn't realize I was supposed to get rid of the combo tex files. But, I'll be honest, I typically only use my own parts and then strip out and re-package individual png files I want from other people's releases. Primarily because I have no idea whether custom parts are hard on memory but don't want to take the chance of one day running out.

It can definitely mess things up if you delete a part that's in use. You may be able to sort it out by using Carl's mod suite's "edit report" tab to see exactly what's in use. Another alternative would be to export everything as .cos files, kill all edit parts from being in use and then slowly add back in edit parts until you figure out what's duplicating. Or live with it - I don't think there's any harm other than the disorganization. Are you experiencing any conflicts or other weird behavior, like when the parts window stops scrolling or the part preview breaks? That's what led me to ultimately get rid of my duplicates - I don't know for a fact that was the cause, but it appeared to be the case. |

I just loaded his DiBiase suit to make sure mine was different enough to be worth continuing to work on (it is, I think), and when I cranked the highlights up on the chest piece, an NWO logo appeared. That's the "absent highlights" issue I mentioned above. So perhaps there never was a waist piece, just a chest piece?
