I consider any promotion eligible, so they are in the tournament.

All four have been confirmed and I am also gonna hold one spot for now for the winner of the Men's March Madness tournament if the handler wants the spot.

I do, and you don't have to rip the DLC out of them, just have a copy of them up in the workshop without it. So might be easier for most that way. I don't want folks taking the DLC moves out of their main edits, just keep a version that is eligible for the title if they bring someone up for a challenger, if that makes since. Plus, I am confirming Zealot's reserved spot, Firehawk's entries for his reserved spot, and I am now gonna reserve a spot for the winner of Hoss Madness, just to give an extra spot if the handler does want it. Now if Sutton or Newcastle win their spots (highly unlikely, but fingers crossed), I will offer the reserved spots to the runner-ups. So, I think that covers it.
