Here's what I found on the steam workshop for UFC dodecagon mats. You need Carlzilla's ModPack for FPW 2.0 if you want to use custom textures and custom dodecagon mats, but you probably already knew that.
As for textures, did you try searching the FP2 forum? There might be something there, or in the mods section on this forum.
