For TEW fans, I will be starting a custom made Mod called WarOfArts. It is meant for a lot of interesting and diverts promotions can characters of all shapes and sizes from normal/serious to wacky/comical promotions and characters.
I'll be trying my best to continually update this thread as I go on with making this mod.
Also as I am doing this mod, feel free to give me a hand in anything. As I will be open to suggestion/ideas of any kind and it will most likely make the mod as I am doing this super relaxed as possible. This promotion is meant for to have some fun and I need help from people that have interesting and fun ideas.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing w/ this game. I've been trying to play it as I got it for Christmas. I'm so lost. Hours upon hours of tutorials all on Youtube that just confuse me further. I'm guessing I'm just not smart enough for this game. I'll try your mod out, but I'll just end up being the worst booker in that universe as well. lol

TEW takes a mixture of tutorials and just physically playing the game to better catch on as to what you should be doing.
Is there anything in particular that just completely confuses you?

It takes a while, getting used too. But once you have figured out a formula to when it comes to booking. You'll be fine.

My main issue is that I can't book to save my life. Every time I feel like I've got a grip on what the fans/broadcaster wants, I get horrible ratings. I've tried going with smaller promotions to learn the ropes. There are so many angle choices that I feel kind of lost trying to figure out how to make things play out too. I know it'll just take some time. I've probably only got around 10-15 hours into it just because of frustration. I do feel like I've started learning it better. I just have no clue how to help develop guys to give them a push and grow them. My young low/mid carders tend to get some of the worst ratings I feel like. It's hard to explain where I'm lost, it's just a general "I suck at this game" feeling. I'm not going to give up, I'll probably pick it back up tonight and take another stab at it.

Well first, know what your product is. That'll tell you want the fans want. If a Key Feature is let's say Mainstream then they would like to see a lot of wrestlers with a entertainer style. First think of the wrestlers that you want to push. Don't stick 2 lower midcarders in a match, mix it up with pushes. Figure out what you want a storyline to be, then the angles will become more clearer to choose.
If you want start out with a puro fed, so you don't have to worry about angles. Plus being a smaller promotion, you are bound to get lower ratings, it's not always a bad thing, getting a D+ or C+ rating is normal to get in a smaller company.

Appreciate the feedback. I was thinking I was failing by not getting anything over C's in match ratings with the small promotions. I'll get back into it and see what I can do. I had tried a bigger promotion and it was quite the headache trying to keep it straight not knowing fully what to do. I'll give a puro fed a shot so don't have to worry about the angles as much.

If you need help booking a puro fed, just let me know I have a lot of experience doing those. Although BHOTWG can be a little bit challenging even for me.
