Question, when you are making a move and you select individual frames, like you want to make a move where the attacker irish whips the opponent, the shadow and the actual edit are not aligned, and don't have the time on each line. Is there a way to have this fixed, like having the guy be aligned with the shadows? Or know the default times for stuff like picking an opponent up?

I have no idea about default times, but setting them to 6-8 usually is a good starting point
As for shadow aligning, use FX/FZ to move the dude around independent of their shadow
