I’ve been having problems with an edit whose Finisher is a diving double knee attack. He gets on the trurnbuckle but jumps off when the edit gets up at the one count. He didn’t have this issue unt the update. What do I need to adjust? Increase his offensive parameters? Lower them?

Diving double knee against a standing or downed opponent? It seems that the setup move and the opponent's dazed state or lack thereof is the issue.
Assuming the move is against a standing opponent and is the Meteora, then you should make your primary setup as a front strong grapple(but not the weak+medium one) that leaves your guy standing, and also priority that to the diving knees. You might end up with this issue at times if your foe has Quick Return or isn't selling, but it'll eventually work.
If it's against a downed foe, use medium front grapples or the weak+medium move to set it up reliably.

I changed the set-up move from weak-medium to Big and made some logic tweaks around that. It should be enough, but I can play more with the logic to increase big move set up.
