Denji Sonodaor Fyfe DonnellyFyfe will be getting a little mini-update probably tomorrow as I'd like to make him a bit more catch-as-catch-can that he currently is. He's somewhere in-between that and very strike-influenced and while I like him fine considering he's just turned heel recently I could probably tweak him a bit more. Denji is a hard-hitting knee-striking motherfucker. He is ONE POUND under the weight limit. I think generally Denji will put on the "better" match but Fyfe might need more of the exposure and with those tweaks he might be a bit more of an unknown with his catch-as-catch-can style. I am happy to have either edit in there, though. |

ok, of the 12 edits I've received so far, everyone looks good, no changes required. Just waiting on edits from Dawnbreaker, Officer Brightly, RavenBrighid and joshthejerseyboy.
For the record, I've made copies of the edits as they are right now for tournament use. If you really desperately need to change something on your edit, let me know once he's been updated so I can save a new copy. Test simming commencing soon, I hope to announce first round brackets by this weekend.

First round matchups have been decided. The entrants for this year's tournament are excellent, everyone seems really nicely balanced, and no one edit really seems to be a favorite based on test sims I've done. Anyone could win this thing and get a shot at Tetsuo K's ZIP JAPAN Junior Heavyweight Championship.
These matches are based on the results of a bunch of test sims, as well pairing up edits who I think contrast nicely in both style and physical appearance in the ring. Best of luck to everyone! See you Nov 30!
