The Super Z Cup Junior Heavyweight tournament is back! It's a 16 man elimination tournament that will take place over 2 nights, with the winner receiving a future Title shot against the current ZIP JAPAN Junior Heavyweight Champion! The first round of matches will take place on Nov 30...no qualifying rounds this time.
Rules for entry: 1) original, non-cement, male edits only 2) no hardbody or skills that include hardbody 3) maximum 225 lbs 4) maximum 170 points overall 5) I prefer no MMA mounts in your moveset, but I can be persuaded to allow it if used judiciously.
6) your edit must be available for download on the Workshop by no later than Friday, Nov 23. This is so I have a week to look guys over and do test sims to determine first round brackets. 7) if the entry slots don't get filled or someone submits an edit that doesn't fit the criteria, the spot will be filled by a random ZIP JAPAN Junior edit. 8) if you want to take part, please post a link to the edit you want me to use.
This tourney was announced during the stream of the last ZIP JAPAN show, so I'm reserving slots for people who were present and showed an interest in participating.
Entrants: 1) Senator - Lil Lariato
2) Blehschmidt - El Gran Gato Guapo
3) Dawnbreaker - Hijo de Peregrine
4) Firehawk - Blake Dynamite
5) Panda - Moxley
6) Raven - Aydin Pilot
7) OfficerBrightly - Silver Hawk
8) will - Denji Sonoda
9) shogunkster - Crusade
10) ImThatJoshGuy - Jay Haze
11) LankyLefty - Jimmy Hawkns
12) Zealot - Parachute Rousseau
13) Aroo - ZIP Man
14) joshthejerseyboy - AC Evans
15) brick9mm - Windex Rider
16) llavedojo - Poison Oriental
Thanks, I hope this year's tourney will be as much of a success as the 2017 edition! Half of the available slots are reserved, so post soon if you want to be involved in the Super Z Cup!

I will check these edits soon. for the record, here's a quote from my logic guide:
"Cement" edits are edits that are made to win at all costs, and often take advantage of quirks in the skills/logic systems to become more or less unbeatable. There are certain e-feds that welcome this type of edit as a sort of contest to see who can make the toughest edit. In contrast, the focus of this guide is to help you create well balanced edits that can put on entertaining and realistic looking simulations of a real life wrestling match, with lots of back and forth action and exciting finishes, against a variety of opponents.
Well balanced, non-superhuman/move spamming edits is what I mean by non-cement.

I would like to submit Parachute Rousseau. Did some tweaking to make him a little more competitive, but he should be well within the rules.

Alright I'm gonna go with "Flyin" Jimmy Hawkins. Been fine tuning/testing him all day and he should be ready to rumble, let me know if you see anything off.
