TYPHOON PRO Presents "Torneo Galaxia" (Build-A-Bracket)

Many of you who have been following my progress for the last 16 months realize that I've been focusing most of my efforts on holding a 128-woman tournament to crown the first new champion in Typhoon Pro since the original records were previously destroyed. Below is a pretty substantial list of participants I've got in mind. Most of the "Likely" category will show up in the bracket, with the most popular characters receiving spots before others. I may move edits from the "Likely" category to the "Unlikely" category depending on if some edits are more desired than others. Certain obvious edits will be moved to the "Guaranteed" category in the coming days/weeks. Edits listed in the "Work-In-Progress" category are intended to be in the tournament, but haven't been completed yet. Some edits are intentionally not going to show up in the tournament due to storyline development. The majority of edits will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks - Most of them need their Outside Dives redone, among other things. Edits with non-Finisher Critical skills will be moved to Finisher Critical. Their moves and skills will be altered to make up for the lost Critical effects. Tag Teams may compete against each other to determine who competes in the tournament. Stables will not compete against each other unless there's too many participants, at which point I will deliberate on who stays and who doesn't.

The target date for the tournament proper will be sometime after the holiday season has ended. It'll likely start sometime around mid-January, depending on my progress, and what other events are happening. This is a large tournament, and will take several days to complete. All matches will be simmed at 100% speed with my usual ref (Normal Movement, Slow Counts, etc). I will be holding irregular sample tournaments if I have the time to, and if I'm in the mood for it. Outstanding participants in those tournaments will also be moved to the "Guaranteed" category upon evaluation. The tournament bracket will be mostly randomized, with certain exceptions for popular matchups (IE: Cecilia Laurence vs Emily Eirehardt).
