Hi, everyone! I'm not sure if anyone remembers me, but I was a creator back in the PS2 era. I remember having one or two blogs where I would have to type up entire wrestler formulas to post them online for others to use. I'm super grateful for how easy it is to share what we make in the newest iteration of Fire Pro. And with that ease, I want to be able to share as much as I can with all of you and help make Fire Pro the most ridiculously fun wrestling game out there. As of right now, every Friday (11am est) is Friday Pro Friday on my Twitch channel. Once a week, I stream Fire Pro Wrestling World for 2 hours. I show off new creations via simming matches and tweak them as the stream progresses. After it concludes, I finish up whatever creation(s) and upload them to my Steam Workshop page. I typically announce my releases on Twitter. From Venom to Goku to Nemesis to Deadpool, I love creating anything in Fire Pro. |

You should try out the Phanatic and that one Youtube Philly raging fan EDP445. Thanks! Yup, I'm from Philly. I might actually try to throw together the beginnings of the Phanatic on-stream on Friday. I think it would just be tough to do his head/face, but we will see! I saw that Gritty also wears the black Flyers jersey, so expect that to be added as well.

Thanks! I'd love to keep going with Mortal Kombat characters, but I feel like I need to switch it up from time to time.

Gotta love loading Fire Pro and the Gritty I made being glitched in some fashion. The main image of him is the original one I saved, but if you click into it to edit the attire, it is the correct one. When selecting on character select, it is the old one and you can only use that one. So weird.
WELP. Guess I have to remake him and re-do his moveset....FML.
edit: Wow. Completely wrong. The Gritty image is so borked in the menus (how it actually looks) that I thought it was messed up. Hahaha. I'm going insane.
edit: Hmm. Looks like in the edit area menu when selecting who to edit, it comes up as the original head (which isn't current), but when you go into the appearance menu, it is the correct guy. When you sim a match, the correct ones show up. So weird.
edit: So, apparently that old image is attached to the one attire. One I have done is made Gritty also in a black jersey and made that the default one. Shows the correct image (and 2/2 outfit as well), but if I have the orange jersey as the default one, it shows the old Gritty (has a bear head on it). Hopefully it isn't borked when it uploads. I don't think it will be. Anyway, see you all tomorrow on the stream at 11am est.
edit: Don't mind me. Going insane right now. It reverted to the old Gritty. What the helllll.
edit: OK. Pretending to be a game tester, I had the idea of changing the color of a piece of his gear on the orange jersey version and I THINK that actually fixed it. I figured the game kept seeing the creation/outfit as the old one, so I could just adjust the orange just so slightly that the file doesn't have the same data or whatever. I think it is time for a beer after all of this and I will fiddle with priorities on stream tomorrow.

I'll have some clips done in a bit. I lost my ish when the Phanatic did a double taunt with his naked counterpart. Stream is over, so now it is lunch time and then I will be tidying up Gritty, Phillie Phanatic, and Iceburgh. I usually tweet out the links, so if you want to get them first, check my Twitter. I'll surely post here too though. edit: Suffice to say, Phanatic killed me in this clip. |
