Shooters wouldn't use UKEMI, because they are shooters. They get in, hit all their moves as quickly as possible, avoid damage to themselves, and go home.
Technicians, high flyers and big men don't need different UKEMI, because it's always the same wrestling match, the difference is just what types of moves they use. The standard match is just
basic story telling 101 / emotional manipulation.
Everyone is wrestling the same match. Some are more athletic, some are more cartoony, some are barely capabale, but it's the same match.
Hulk hulks up.
HBK kips up.
Sting pounds his chest and says woo.
Ric Flair no sells a chop and woos.
Cena hits his shoulder blocks.
etc...
A face dominant big man / technician / high flyer will establish that with their moves while they are SHINING in the beginning of the match.
A face dominant big man / technician / high flyer will get beat down by dirty tactics in the middle portion of the match.
A face dominant big man / technician / high flyer will make a fiery comeback and pull out all the stops in the final stretch.
A heel dominant big man / technician / high flyer will be out matched in the beginning of the match.
A heel dominant big man / technician / high flyer will deliver a beat down by dirty tactics in the middle portion of the match.
A heel dominant big man / technician / high flyer will pull out all the stops in the final stretch.
Although, high flyers are most likely to be faces. Being amazing in the ring is kind of the opposite of being a heel.
A face technician hits a clean suplex, a heel one lifts you up and drops you on your face.
A face grabs a headlock, a heel does a punching headlock.
etc...
You can tweak on a per character basis. A very dominant heel (regardless of style) can skip getting shinned on in the opening segment, just turn down the opening ukemi percentage.
A weak or underdog face can also just take a beating all the way up to the end, turn up the ukemi in the opening.
Showmanship -- How often do you want them to throw towards the corner instead of the ropes? 50/50 is a good balance. If you want them to do more corner moves, bump it up. This is per character.
Discretion -- How often do they stop and breathe? Do they have low breathing to begin with and spend the match being gassed, or do they have high breathing and not need to breathe as much? Are they old? Are they deliberate? Up to you. Per character, and dependent on other stats.
Flexibility -- Do they co-operate with wrestlers or MMA guys? I mostly just leave this at 100 for wrestlers, or very low for non wrestlers. This is basically if MMA guys will work an irish whip or not.
