From time to time whenever I update or create a CAW and publish on the FPWW-Net I run into the issue/problem where they (CAWS/update) do not show up!! Has anyone encountered this issue? Help!!

Yes.
You’ll have to clone them I.e. save them into another slot and try to upload the new ones. Then delete the old ones.
I still can’t update anyone anymore though. Which is very frustrating.
oh and they’re EDITS not CAWS

Doesn't matter if you call them edits or caws, they're the same thing; characters created using pre-existing assets.

They're paper doll dress up, not caws or edits. Only caws when bird themed, and only an edit while editing. Otherwise, paper dolls.
