I'm just wondering if I swap out a move say tanahashi clover leaf for the new torture one they added would I then need to edit his logic and that for him and that move... Sorry I advance I just don't know touch about the logic

If you swap one move for another, the new move will be in place of the previous one in your Edit's logic.

Logic is set by the button input, not the move name, so it wouldn’t need any adjustment. is logic not for simming ? I just mean it’s set by the spot in the move set, not the move itself, so no matter what you put in grapple big, it will have the same logic.

Yeah, as long as you're replacing a subbed move (like the regular texas clover hold) for a new one, no need to change CPU logic. When you're adding moves, like the Azteca Suplex to Kamigoye for Ibushi, you'll probably want to go into CPU Logic to adjust for the completely new technique.
