There's an influx of content on free channels in the UK at the moment:
WOS Wrestling on ITV on Saturday afternoons(Just over half way through a ten episode season).
Preston City Wrestling on Fight Network on the Showcase channel on Saturday nights(Sky 455).
Revolution Pro Wrestling is going to be on Freesports later this month (Sky 422).
I've been watching WOS with my daughters, it's actually the first wrestling I've watched in years. I've really enjoyed it. I'll give PCW a look later this week. Rev Pro I've researched and that seems like it could be the better of the three.
In a way my love of the graps have been reignited thanks to Will Osprey and co on a Saturday tea time!
