So, I've been thinking a bit about things lately, and I actually have decided (for those edits that end up with DLC bits) that I might actually go ahead and separate out the new versions.
In doing this, though, the old versions are going to be essentially "locked in". I don't know how many edits are gonna wind up with the DLC moves/parts on them, but the old versions are likely to just remain as-is going forward, and I'll keep that policy for the future.
It's not -that- much of a hassle, really. I just have to remember to actually do it. I'll make sure to put that the DLC is required for the new versions when they happen.

This is kind of tentative (I want to do a few other color schemes that are more... er, colorful?) but this is what I've been working on since I got up today. I'm still working out a few things, but here's what I know for sure so far. Her name is Veronika Armstrong. Originally from Oakland, California (hence the Raiders gear), she moved up to Washington to join up with the Evergreen Wrestling Federation along with Kevin Royce and Mercy Devine. She stands out a bit among that group, though: as opposed to Mercy who mostly does very simple moves that most anyone could do with a little training, Veronika is a fully-trained wrestler in her own right and knows her stuff. It's often wondered by the Evergreen fanbase why she bothered to come to a second-rate hardcore fed rather than go after something big: but, well, Phoenix Rising sure came knocking after word of her talent got out, and they'd already started up a working relationship with Evergreen anyway... Outside of wrestling, Veronika also has her own metal band. It's a side project for her, focusing on her wrestling career, but she wants to have a backup plan. She also really, really doesn't like Mercy Devine, and the two have had a number of feuds since her arrival. I'll refine this edit a bit more, but she's come about the same way Candace Monroe did: playing around with parts and suddenly thinking "Hey, that looks pretty good." POWER METAL RULES!!

Two things today, as my penchant for "load up edit mode and SEE WHAT HAPPENS" was... well, actually I had a concept in mind this time from an old SVR06 CAW I made way back when, but updated for Fire Pro's lack of tiger stripe parts. Katherine White is the younger sister of Rachel. Born in August of 2000, she's easily going to become the youngest person in Phoenix Rising upon her debut. She'll likely start on Proving Ground, of course, but her end goal is to get to Showdown and enter the tag team division alongside Rachel... barring that, get to Showdown and bother the hell out of her big sister. Y'know, either way. Still working on a moveset for this one. In addition, I told you I was getting around to updating Eri's fourth attire. Here it is, with a bit of extra flair compared to her other gear, complete with Tanahashi ponytail. This is Eri's "I am serious about beating you now" gear, more or less, I think.

Lookin' good! The DLC pieces really work well on Eri there.

Shiana Sentarl has a brand-new edit version. This does NOT replace her old one, that version is being left as-is to represent Shiana's "mid-career" status, while this new one is her new, modern version. For the most part, her reckless dives have been scaled back a TON, she'll very, VERY rarely still do the Moonsault Stomp, but it's been downgraded to "very, very rare". Her frog splash has been changed to the Five-Star animation (since the High Fly Flow got reanimated and now sucks, and also the extra impact seems suited to her older self). She still superkicks the hell out of her opponents, she still has the big gut punch into the Romero, but she's definitely put on a few extra pounds (nobody's been brave enough to ask where the weight's come from, but...) She does do a piledriver now as a new signature, so whatever the case, she's clearly gotten quite a bit stronger since the last time we saw her. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1541578817

So, a lot of stuff since last time I posted, because I'm awful at keeping this thread updated. Firstly, basically on orders from Hana (and named by her as well), Jessika Boom, #1 Blake Dynamite fangirl. She's carefully designed her gear to match Blake's as closely as possible, and does a lot of his signature spots as well, including finishing off the Dynamite Cutter... though she doesn't pack near as much punch behind the move. She's also got a few other cutters to try and make up the difference. She's also not yet unlocked the secrets of the Lotation. Maybe someday. While very much still incomplete, this is Akira Ryusaki, who I've decided is Rin's older brother. I've probably showed Akira in the past, but I actually scrapped the original edit and started entirely from scratch, and I think it worked for the better. This dork is El Evergringo, who is actually already up on the Workshop. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1562325559 His moveset is mostly just falling on people, mostly with headbutts (Kokeshi, mostly), and he's part of the Evergreen crew, one of the few you could call a solid face character alongside Veronika Armstrong. Yeah, he only has the one attire right now. I'll figure something out eventually, I think. Eternamente Verde is another Evergreen staple, and much like Mercy Devine, she might be slightly unhinged. I've basically wound up designing her as a sort of "AAA main event" style: she does a lot of dumb lucha shit, but also doesn't hesitate to make blood spill when it comes down to it. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1558076267Hugo Dirksen is a guy I previewed -months- ago, but he finally got finished and released recently. He's a Dutch suplex expert, though he's also got a strong armwork game... overall, making him quite the threat in the ring, all-around. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1558076219Finally, I keep alluding to the Sheridan brothers, and I've had a hell of a time working on them... Zack hasn't even been started yet, but here's Vincent Sheridan, brash younger brother of Blake Dynamite. While Blake stays close to his home in Calgary, Vincent and Zack quickly left Canada and moved down to Anaheim, California, the first chance they got, and immediately began making waves on the independent circuit as a tag team. They're coming to Evergreen to round out their roster soon, and finally, Evergreen Wrestling will finally get its day to shine, with eight originals plus a few extra outsiders (for the time being, all being courtesy of Hana.) So that's what I've been working on lately.

All right, so once again the "I forget to update this thread" issue has come back to haunt me, as I've got a lot of edits to link to here that were completed since the last time I posted... er... two months ago. yikes The Sheridan Brothers were both finished and made their debuts for both Evergreen and Proving Ground recently, and immediately made a statement by showing they're a very, very dangerous team. Vincent's the flashy jackass that shows off every chance he gets, while Zack is a bit more traditional, a more "legitimate" wrestler, though he still fits in with the hardcore style of Evergreen thanks to a bit of a mean streak. Vincent: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1582082533Zack: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1582082572Rebecca Andrews and Sayaka Saito are the bandmates to Veronika Armstrong, and basically the only allies she has amongst Evergreen's roster as she tries to fight her way through the clique in charge (Kevin Royce and everyone he wants to be on top... Mercy Devine, among others.) Rebecca hails from Chicago, Illinois, and her attires reflect that, with Bulls, White Sox and Bears gear to work with, along with a few moveset references to Chicago's own CM Punk. Yeah, she's a bit of a fangirl. Meanwhile, Sayaka's from Kumamoto, Japan, and is a fair bit tougher than she looks... at least when Kevin Royce isn't powerbombing her on the outside of the ring and concussing her, anyway. She's yet to really show off what she can do on an Evergreen show as a result, but she's definitely a force to be reckoned with when she gets rolling. Rebecca: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1582082613Sayaka: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1631776029These three young women are the first batch of Blackwood Academy rookies, each of them only just starting their careers. Left to right, we have Rhiannon Banes, Heather Wild, and Keiko Maeda. Rhiannon is Welsh (Wrexham, specifically), Heather is from Providence, Rhode Island, and Keiko is from Nagoya, the same as Phoenix Rising's Haruka Matsura. All have fairly simple movesets (Rhiannon finishes on a Northern Lights Suplex, Heather with a Sleeper Hold, and Keiko with a Powerbomb). Rhiannon: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1612760032Heather: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1612759948Keiko: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1612759875Christina Wagner is one of the spearheads behind the Blackwood Academy. A rookie herself, she nevertheless sought to create a place where people like her could hone their skills and become the best they could be in the ring... so alongside veteran Eve Blackwood, they opened the doors of the Academy, where Christina quickly made a name for herself as a premiere powerhouse. She's the daughter of a German father, and a Canadian mother, and identifies with both countries (and speaks THREE languages as a result, despite living in Vancouver and not really -needing- to know French that badly.) Christina: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1612760107Iris Coleman is, without a doubt, one of the most impressive young women in the Academy. From Cincinnati, Ohio, she exploded into view with an absolutely fantastic performance in the Academy's inaugural tournament, taking eventual finalist Christina Wagner to the absolute limit, before finally going down in defeat. The original plan had been for Iris to be a major Academy heel, but her gutsy performance in that match put that idea to rest immediately, making Iris an instant favorite. Iris is a powerhouse with skilled strikes to boot, owing to her history in combat sports: she's done a little bit of everything, but mostly boxing and MMA before transitioning to wrestling. She never went pro in either of those sports, but she still keeps a little bit of influence from both. Iris: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1612760196Alena Ramsey is a Scottish rookie with a lot of history with one Listalva Anne Heyward. Her stated goal is simple: come straight after Queen Anne the moment she gets the opportunity, wanting to topple the Proving Ground star. Is it jealousy? Revenge? Nobody's entirely sure, only that Alena is a surprisingly skilled luchadora despite being Scottish. What an odd combination. Alena: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1613716516The winds of change are coming, and Cassie Rose appears to be no more: in her place, Cassandra Marshall takes up her real name, discards her Tina Armstrong fangirl gear, and looks a whole lot more serious and dangerous as a result. It's not entirely clear what caused this change: maybe it's the constant accusations that she's in an incestuous relationship with her brother Lance (which she continues to deny with more and more ferocity with every passing week), maybe it's the realization that she needs the extra firepower now that she's a part of the main roster, maybe it's just something in her head snapping... but Cassandra has a nasty mean streak now, and she isn't hesitating to plow through anyone that stands in her way. Cassandra: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1631770355Julian Shepard is a bit of a surprise. He's showed up in Evergreen without a whole lot of fanfare, though he seems to have something in mind: namely, his attention appears to be focused on El Verde (That is, Eternamente Verde and El Evergringo). Whether he's looking to forge an alliance with those two, or sweep them aside... or even shove Evergringo out of the way in a hunt for Verde, nobody's entirely sure just yet. So, a lot's happened since the last time I bothered putting anything here. Lot of shit to post today, but before I get into edits, allow me to put this in as well: drive.google.com/file/d/1rlPlVrbaCy-AlpqG3QGCo5yZYaFEIeE2/view?usp=sharingThat link contains the .rar file that has all of the themes I use. Already edited, all cut down properly (I think) and named to suit the edits. Should be able to just drop 'em in and they work. MOVING ON steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1645262263Andrea "Fire" Hawke is, essentially, an alternate-universe version of Firehawk Sentarl. They share a lot of similarities: in their gear, their appearances (somewhat), their movesets... but Andrea still uses some moves that Firehawk has long since stopped using himself, including the Anaconda Vice. Andrea's also got a much, much shorter temper than her counterpart. Andrea currently isn't part of Phoenix Rising or any of its partner feds, but this doesn't mean she won't perhaps make an appearance someday... steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1645262156Melody Bryant is the younger sister to Anna Bryant, and an Academy rookie that has quickly made her name with an impressive skill in suplexes. As a result, she's quite the fan of Proving Ground's two resident suplex experts: Hugo Dirksen, and Mallory Spaulding. Time will tell whether she ever manages to match those two in talent. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656866926Yuki Maeda is an old veteran from the same era as Shiana Sentarl, Winifred Wright, Rilantha De Nav... and even the later years of Eve Blackwood's career before her semi-retirement. She's a strong, dangerous foe... an old rival to Shiana in particular, and having joined Phoenix Rising, she may be one of the most dangerous powerhouses to ever join the roster. Her daughter, Keiko, is part of the Blackwood Academy, as well... and it seems she'll be helping Keiko out in the near future. The above three are my latest projects, the brand-new edits made by myself. The four below, meanwhile, are completely re-done versions of older edits, courtesy of Hana, who I handed the edits over in an effort to bring them up to a somewhat higher level of quality. I uploaded these as separate edits from the old versions just in case: I felt it was best not to outright replace them since the changes are very, very major. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1646469410Sophia Moretti has gotten perhaps the least-drastic overhaul of the bunch, but she's still undergone a fairly large change. She's far more consistent, and a whole lot more dangerous than her nigh-jobber status previously. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656867008Kyle Anderson has undergone an evolution into the "Baltimore Savage". He's become a much more vicious powerhouse, and while he's still prone to taking losses in Phoenix Rising, he's certainly no pushover now... and still worthy of the "Five-Star Kyle" moniker, no doubt. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656867073Haruka Matsura also found herself struggling for quite some time, and made her return after a short absence in a far more obvious "ninja" appearance. She still does a lot of the same things she's always done... but she's also gained a few new tricks to work with, and she's definitely far more of a threat than ever before. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656867153Finally, while Angel Leblanc was perhaps not in quite as bad shape as the others, it certainly didn't hurt her any to get the same treatment... now more arrogant and ostentatious than ever, Angel's attitude has only gotten worse over the past year. She's re-focused her attention on honing her Figure Eight leglock, now making it her primary finisher... and she's also picked up a few other moves that either help her reach that goal, or give her a much more vicious streak.

Two new edits (there's probably been others but hoo boy do I not keep up on this thread one bit.), both of them belonging to the Blackwood Academy. Firstly, Asha Nelson, true rookie from Atlanta, Georgia. She'll be working as a heel and currently uses the Ankle Lock for a finisher, along with a basic cutter. She's not quite finished yet but I've run her first official match for the Academy's April house show. Chances are it'll take her a little bit to get caught up to the other rookies, having a later start. Calista Vargas hails from Brazil, where she picked up a little bit of everything: her finisher is a twisting neckbreaker, intended to eventually become the Storm Breaker, and she also has a few other tricks up her sleeve. She's not exactly a high-flyer, but she's very quick on her feet... she's kind of the fun-loving type, but far from a joke. Finally, a quick update on the others in the rookie class: Rhiannon Banes has taken on a much more "brawler" style and look. Her hair's a bit messier, she's traded her basic gear in for denim shorts and a black shirt or bra (the latter not pictured, but she does have three attires), although she still currently finishes off her Northern Lights Suplex. Her style is beginning to take shape, however, and she should be able to set herself apart soon. Melody Bryant has taken cues from Phoenix Rising's two foremost suplex experts: Mallory Spaulding and Hugo Dirksen, and has two sets of gear to match. She's also begun to bulk up a little bit, and still works her suplexes, intent on learning everything she can from Mallory, who clearly is her hero (despite being a mega-heel.) Heather Wild has been preparing this character for months. She's 100% inspired by Rhea Ripley, I actually was looking at reference pics the entire time while working on this attire, and it came out brilliantly. I'm intending to shift Heather's style a little bit... she'll probably move away from the more cowardly heel stuff and be a little more forceful, and probably pick up a new submission finisher soon. Keiko Maeda now evokes her mother, Yuki, and has picked up a few of Yuki's tricks to boot. She now has the Sweep Lariat into Nagata Lock prio that Yuki has, and it's already showing signs of paying off for her big-time.

Ever wanted to know just where all these edits are from? Well, inspired by the e-fed atlas that AmsterDAN made, I've done a map up for the Phoenix Rising, Evergreen and Blackwood Academy rosters, so you can get a visual look at just where everyone hails from: either where they live now, or where they grew up (often these are one and the same). I'll probably use this as a tool to decide "hey, I should make an edit from _______" drive.google.com/open?id=1pd1wBh3Wc4SAsBbxDNxNR7SRpGhxmrqe&usp=sharing

Lot of stuff going on lately that I have yet to put up here. Let's start with the ones that have actually debuted and been released. First up, Proving Ground's new resident monster lady: Titania's a powerhouse, it's easy to see just by looking at her, and she pretty well exploded onto Proving Ground (after a lacking debut) and starting tearing through every high-flyer the show had to offer... well, except Felice Santana, but she's working on fixing that little issue. Titania's on the Workshop here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1697054849Around the same time, SATOMI made her debut on Proving Ground as well, and quickly made a name for herself with her dangerous striking game, though she also has a couple of nasty submissions in her arsenal. I suppose I've made it no secret that I really, really like how SATOMI came out. And yes, that fourth attire is kind of just Ken Masters. Would Ryu have made more sense? Yeah, probably, but it wouldn't have looked as cool. SATOMI is on the Workshop here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1691918138I couldn't very well make an alternate-universe female Firehawk without doing the same for his old rival, Kileas. That's what Kaede Takeda is: she's a lot closer to Kileas than Andrea Hawke is to Firehawk, but she's quite a bit different personality-wise, at least. She's a lot colder, a lot quieter. She's only shown up in Phoenix Rising once (at the April 1 show earlier this year) alongside Andrea, and that's probably the last time it's ever going to happen unless something weird goes on. Kaede's on the Workshop here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1749049036La Relampaga was previewed ages ago. At that point she only had that Mexico/Christmas looking attire... and now, she's finally come into her own and actually has a character. She is the Lightning Luchadora, she is a wild high-flyer, she is a lot of fun to watch, and there's really no doubt about that. La Relampaga is on the Workshop here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1749056847I've already previewed Akira Ryusaki up above, and I have a tentative release for him already: that said, I'm still working on him a bit, I think, so I've uploaded him as a Friends-only edit. Feel free to grab him if you're on my friends list and lemme know if there's any weirdness I haven't noticed. I'll swap him to public once I'm satisfied. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1749057114I've done the same thing for this pair: the Golden Tigers are an upcoming Proving Ground tag team that finally take care of an inevitable truth. Everyone makes a Tiger Mask-type edit sooner or later. Everyone. They're also Friends-only right now since they're still kind of WIP as well. Tigress: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1749057639Tiger: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1749057748Finally, all of the rookies above that got their new attires last month have been updated so that their new attires come first, and their old rookie attires are now their second or third. One final update: Rachel White got a major overhaul (thanks to Hana as usual) and has a brand-new edit revamp. Rachel: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1740887879
