Another delay would be ridiculous. Let the PS4 version sit with some non-game breaking bugs for a while and take care of the rest of us. I don't have sales numbers but unless the US version sold like 35k units (doubtful), we're still the bigger current user base. Well, the vague "it'll come in September" means they have an entire month as a window. I'm still not confident in it happening within the month and it's hard not to feel like this is bungled. They were really great about interacting with the community all throughout early access and up until the NJPW announcement. We were all understanding and encouraging towards the team and were fine with delays because they communicated with us. When something got pushed back they'd feed us something cool like expanded priority slots, new moves, etc. Matsumoto wanted us to know that they were working and we weren't forgotten. Now we've got the polar opposite and it's becoming a problem.

Which is why i think they will deliver, even if late in this month.
After all they can't be so stupid as to delay something like that twice.
Which is why i advocate for people coming out and clamoring anyway, not saying anything just makes things worse.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Japan is currently dealing with yet another natural disaster, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's (understandably) held things up even more. It sucks there's so much waiting, but it is what it is. Not gonna get all angry about it.

DesertPunk, since I noticed you liked this, Necro had some good matches with your Low Ki while I was testing him. I forgot I made Low Ki until now lol. But awesome Necro and Super Dragon. I used to be a huge Necro fan until he dropped off the face of the earth and retired in some random indy.

He was a really smart, fascinating guy and his character showed that. Always loved watching him.

I'm a bit worried that Necro might be winning too much but then he gets the fuck kicked out him so IDK. Simming on both PS4 and PC with the same exact edits produced much different results per system. That was interesting to see. The matches played out much differently on either system. Of all the simming I did, never saw a critical on PC. Or dives. But my first sim had both in my first match on PS4. I also had strange results. One time on pc, Cactus Jack killed Necro in 8 minutes in a barbed wire match. Changed nothing, ran another sim, and Necro beat Cactus in a great match that was 23 minutes and should've been 100 but was in the 80s.

Fire Promoter isn't out in the PS4 version yet, so that gives them the excuse of "It's not ready yet" instead of "We sat on our asses for weeks and achieved nothing in the way of PORTING content that can already be acessed on console, despite claiming we were working hard on it".

But they have delayed it multiple times now.
I'm not expecting another delay, but if it was to happen it wouldn't surprise me...

Yeah, my main argument is that a delay isn't likely to happen most because all the promised content is already done, unlike Fire Promoter which has been like a Fire Vaporware instead, where they just promise, promise and promise and do not show anything for it besides a couple of pictures.

All we know is that most of the *assets* are finished...we have no idea where they are on the PC code at this point.

Yep, we're on the blind here, i'm just saying that compared to the Fire Promoter, at least the UI and the NJPW stuff are already made, all we need to know is when they'll show results and port it over for the pc release.
I'm just trying to be a little optimistic about all of this, because taking the other route won't do us any favours anyway, they absolutely refuse to communicate properly with us to say something and i really wish to get my hands on all this stuff soon cause i'm tired of waiting.
Like you i don't think they'll delay it again, they didn't even put themselves on a corner by setting a release date, for all we know they might release on the 30th of this month, but as long as they keep their word, it will be a credit to the team, for at least getting something right despite all the mistakes they've made thus far.

Fire promoter is about 85% of the way done assets and code...so it actually may be more complete than the NJPW update for the PC, depending on how much code work/updating is still left to do.

I just had a wacky glitch where two wrestlers traded places during a strike exchanged. No mods running, fresh reinstall. Just felt like sharing. :)

I'm noticing that my Super Dragon edit isn't showing up when searching the workshop for Super Dragon. I can only find it looking for edits under my name. And it's public.
