[PS4] Fire Pro Wrestling World General Thread

To be fair, I hated caws with shitty moveset and entrances. That's basically 2k logic.

I can say from reading enough around here, I kinda understand logic better and had some fun tuning my Necro Butcher edit and thus altering my Super Dragon edit this past week. It's enjoyable to change things around and get the desired results. I don't think my logic is that great, Dragon can still use more than 1 psycho driver, but I'm happy with how they perform in matches.

That's why my PC save is mostly a mix of good logic from one guy and good attires from another.

i even hate it when the only thing people in wwe2k would do is the look and nothing else, they don't do the moves, the entrance, the victory etc.  that's almost the same as creating a caw in fire pro with no logic lol

Alternatively, you can model the wrestler and put together the logic + move set yourself instead of waiting for it to be done by someone else.
A good appearance is literally 1/3 of the work completed for an edit, with move set and CPU Logic being the remainder.

For the longest time with FPD I thought []+X was the finisher and figured there was a lot of Japanese dudes using powerbomb finishers. But really, and O move should work, []+X should give a boost to the move making it more powerful.

For move layout, I use X or O by itself for strikes or submissions or back switch, up X or O for lifting moves like suplex or gorilla press, down X or O for drivers and powerbomb style moves that go down. Left or right moves I would leave something that throws the opponent like a German or a DDT. I also use this for something like a super kick or ko punch. Then []+X is finisher or another big move.

I'm curious to see how like wrestlers from different creators compare....as in their stats and logic and whatnot.

Will prob dl them and take a peek at the inner workings.
