Even the Office has its sub feds instead of giving all of them their own promotion, so again, stables aren't an option unless I want a massive list of promotions that takes forever to scroll through.

That sort of organizing is going to be a disaster and a half if you plan on making any use of Fire Promoter when it releases.

It depends on my level of interest in the promotion.
For my own stuff, I definitely organize based on stable. For stuff that I download not so much...usually just a "Heel" / "Face" breakup is fine. For some people's original promotions, sometimes just a simple "ROSTER" stable is good enough because I don't plan on doing much with them outside of an occasional "guest appearance sim".
However, I could never do the stables = edit maker's name / promotion = Critical Club for example. That's just messy and disorganized to me.

I made a promotion called "Wrestlers" and a stable for each letter. Andre The Giant goes in "A" stable. Hulk Hogan goes in "H" so I can find my hundreds of wrestlers much easier.

That sort of organizing is going to be a disaster and a half if you plan on making any use of Fire Promoter when it releases. So you directly choose the existing Promotions as to which are used in Promoter, eh? Should've figured that, but for some reason I half thought it may be 'put them in place inside the mode' instead.

Nah, it uses pre-existing organization.
So if you just have a "Wrestlers" promotion like the poor dude above, the mode will be 100% useless to you without major reorganization. It's designed with traditional Promotion -> Factions hierarchy in mind.

Does it auto-load all of them automatically or are you able to exclude some?

Also, every promotion has a legends category

Does it auto-load all of them automatically or are you able to exclude some? You will be able to exclude promotions but not stables within a promotion unless they make changes to the setup process.

so many choices!
i currently have promotions as promotions (WWE, WCW, etc) but the stables inside are just master-lists of wrestlers.

You will be able to exclude promotions but not stables within a promotion unless they make changes to the setup process. Better than nothing. I'd feel really bad for people like Dawn/Sen if you were forced to use every Promotion on your setup. Though this does mean my 'FPWA Free Agents'-"promotion" can thankfully be ignored.
