My only real interest in the NJPW update is the new costume parts. The only move I really care about is the spinning tombstone and that's not worth losing all my mods.
So would it be possible, when it comes out, for one of you fine gentlemen to grab the new NJPW parts and just convert them to a .tex file or group of files, so we can get those parts without having to change anything else?

I wouldn't imagine that would go down too well with spike. And put modding in a bad light, I understand it's a lot to pay just for the parts but, it's not really right is it?

I think at this point the general consensus with people who want to continue to use mods is that Spike has made their own mess and whatever “we” do on our end just is what it is.

Not interested in pirating in any way. I actually would buy the update, I just don't want to reinstall my mods. Perhaps it could be released for people who can confirm they bought the update or something like that.

Is it possible: Yes. Is it something you're going to be able to discuss or share here: No.
