Can someone please explain to me how to do successful corner moves. It seems like everyone to get my opponent in the corner, he reverses my moves. This especially happens when I pull my oppponent up to the top turnbuckle and then he hits me in the face and I fall to the mat. Why does this happens? I am playing Fire Pro Returns when this happens. Thanks for the help!

You need to time the corner grapple properly, like anything else. The timing differs from standard front grapple timing for both one and two part corner moves; try playing at a lower difficulty to get a feel for the corner grapple timing specifically.

yeah some corner moves require two successful grapple wins. superplex is an example. any move that puts opponent up on the turnbuckle you will have to win that second grapple. as mentioned above keep the difficulty low like at 1 just so you can learn what the timing is. you likely need to wear down your opponent too

Avalanche moves are tough to time. I play at 10 and it seems pretty much impossible. If you wish to make it easier the only way is to use the mod that lets you switch the difficulty mid match. I actually suggested it to Carl back then because I couldn't hit those moves, ever. It saved the game for me lol

Switching the difficulty on the fly like that would kill the flow, imo. Just persevere and you'll get the timing down, like anything else. Also makes landing those big corner moves even sweeter. I remember when I could never win a MMA grapple and now they're a staple whenever I play; I like them so much that pro wrestling edits are being modified just so I can use MMA mounts when I play with them.
