As I finish cleaning up the Tag Trials videos (the matches are technically all up, the only thing missing is the intro/window dressing), it's time to get hyped for the ~~Young EMBER~~ CRITICAL! Cruiserweight Title Trials!
(Tentatively scheduled for airing sometime end of August/end of September, depending on speed of recording and editing.)

The first stop of the Trials is SO massive that it will take place over TWO episodes instead of ONE!

Stop 1, Night 1 will feature ranking matches between these Club members:
- RECKLESS, Max Craven/Max POWER, FreedoM, and Domino Rouge of Fully Loaded
- Jamel T. Moore, wakizas1 ("Wakizashi"), Toshiaki Yamakita, Urquhart, and Borodin Mokuchi of Kokushi-Musou
- Blake Dynamite of Phoenix Rising
- Johnny Rocket of Wrestle Parade
- Reggie Griggs of AAW
- Spiros of WRW
- Tiger Blade of Super WF
- Fishy Joe of Fishy Joe's School
- Talon Perreault and Fulvio Atencio Montoya of The モルデカイXLII Free Agency
- Jerry Fiendish of Pro Wrestling REVIVAL
and will feature a CRITICAL! Internet Championship defense as part of a Double Main Event! (the other main event match To Be Determined)

Stop 1, Night 2 will feature ranking matches between the Preliminary Contenders, who were determined by their elimination order in the Battle Royal matches at ~~ARENA~~ REDACTED Rising:
(this match has been removed as Carl Zilla and Shen Nguyen have BOTH withdrawn from the Trials; Liam Llusco has replaced Shen and will be added to Night 1)

Cruiserweight Champion, Phil "Phimeek" Stevens, returning from injury, will be making his first defense of his newly-won title against his choice of opponent, Justin Starr!

UPDATE: Due to the Weigh-In prior to Stop 2 of the CRITICAL! Club Cruiserweight Title Trials resulting in a weight of 227 lbs, Bullsh!t has been REMOVED from the Cruiserweight Division and his championship match against defending champion Phil Stevens at Stop 2 has been FORFEITED!
As a result, Stevens's championship defense at Stop 2 will take place against (the winner of Corazon de Dragon Jr. versus Jay Walker from Stop 1 Night 2).

UPDATE: Due to administrative decisions, Sun Qi, Wendell Chromm, and Liam Llusco of The Haberdashery have been removed and Wendell Chromm has been stripped of the Internet Championship.
In addition, Suerte Mariachi and Drakaina of No Refunds have been removed at the request of Panda.

The participants list will be updated when I get the opportunity.

UPDATES:
1 - The rest of the regular Trials will be simmed as a League with 200% speed because I need to get it finished. The winner will face the Cruiserweight Champion later this year after the rest of the Top Contenders have all challenged.

2 - Corazon de Dragon Jr. defeated Jay Walker at Stop 1, and will face Phil Stevens for the Cruiserweight Championship at Stop 2.
The winner goes on to MILESTONE to defend it against Val Morgan, who defeated El Tigre de Vuelo at Stop 1.

3 - Kazuo Saji defeated Master Sault at Stop 1 and will challenge the Cruiserweight Champion at ALLIANCE in June.

4 - Felix Santana III defeated Pizza at Stop 1 and will challenge the Cruiserweight Champion at the Fallout Rising Live Event for July after ALLIANCE (Fallout Rising has been moved from May to July this year so that I can take a break after MILESTONE).

5 - Corazon de Dragon Jr., El Tigre de Vuelo, Master Sault, and Pizza will face off at Stop 2 of the Trials in an Elimination Battle Royal, with the winner facing the Trials League winner at Fallout Rising in an exhibition match with possible contendership implications for the Battle Royal winner; the 3 non-winners of the Battle Royal will drop to the bottom of the Contendership Rankings in the order of elimination.

6 - Timothy James and Paint'd Black will be removed from active competition in the Cruiserweight Division due to my current lack of contact with their handlers.
I'll try to contact them again soon, and if they wish to return to the rankings, they're welcome to do so.

I'm definitely going to try to keep this division active with at least semi-frequent match uploads, especially since there are plenty of people to make this division robust in the first place.

Next update will be before MILESTONE with the Championship result from Stop 2.

Val Morgan defeated Phil Stevens in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match to become the NEW CRITICAL! Club Cruiserweight Champion!
He goes on to defend the belt against newly-minted ANARCHY Champion, Kazuo "Chrome" Saji, at ALLIANCE in June, stipulation to be determined.

The next update will include the result of the Stop 2 Elimination Battle Royale, with Jay Walker included in the participants.
The winner of the Battle Royale will go on to face (the above-mentioned Trials Winner) later on in a match with possible Contendership implications, but will later face (the above-mentioned loser of the Title match from MILESTONE) in a match with DEFINITE Contendership implications.
It will ALSO (hopefully) include the results from Stop 3's Trials Losers League, with the winner of THAT going on to a Contendership match against an as-yet-determined opponent.

Following that, the CRITICAL! Club Cruiserweight Title Trials: First Edition will officially conclude, and the Sign-Up/Opt-Out period will take place before Series 2 of the Cruiserweight Championship Season.

Hopefully, I can make the "Season" format an organized, regularly-occurring thing to keep the championship and contendership bookings of the divisions orderly.
