I usually do 175% for normal matches and 200% for Survivor Series, Royal Rumble or Iron Man matches. But then again I'm pretty impatient.

Kinda gives me a head-ache to watch the fast. Maybe the 125%. If I just want the result then I go 800 to hurry and see a few results of how they are winning. I need to really watch if I am getting odd results.

For kicking back and watching, I like 125. Things seem to flow somewhat naturally at that speed.

I have a variety of uses for them:
100: Simming streamed wrestling matches
125: Simming wrestling or boxing matches locally for enjoyment, simming boxing matches on stream
400: Simming test matches for analysis of logic/balance
800: Simming test matches for balance only, testing matchups

I agree that 125% is generally the sweet spot, things move along briskly without looking like a scene from the Benny Hill Show. However, I find that the more important the match, the more slowly I want to set the speed to be able to soak it all in, so at times I really wish we had a less-than-100% option.

100 for streaming
200 for edit testing (I wish I could go higher but my eyes cant take it)

100% for regular sims.
400% for Logic tweaks.
800% for balance issues.

125% for zippy juniors, possibly Giant vs Giant and Heel vs Heel matches...
