does anyone know why the logo for Blizzard Pro was change between versions of FPR?

"Blizzard" was probably chosen because "Yukiguni" can be translated into English as "Snow Country." As for why they felt the need to change the name and logo in the US version in the first place... who knows?
As for what the hell a "Michinoku" is, like Naniwa (Osaka), Edo (Tokyo), and a few other terms, it's an old-timey name for the Tohoku (lit. Northeast) region of the main Japanese island, which is where Michinoku Pro tours almost exclusively.
