A very heartfelt RP from OG-Joshi legend, Gutter.
Wow, that was really intense and poignant. Gutter having to press pause while recording really got to me.
I love this career and personal choice for Gutter. Helping to carry on Red's legacy, having a direct stake in a promotion, learning to be "herself" all over again, and having people that care about her. This was excellent character work.
Great tie-in to Xander's story and how all of that helped Gutter re-orient herself.
I also like Gutter's occasional help with EMERGE and promise that she's always just a phone call away.
I loved seeing the effect that Jean still has on Gutter, and I'm sure Jean immediately called her up after seeing this.

I know I already said some variation of "Fuck yeah Gutter" after the match but in an entirely different sort of way "Fuck yeah Gutter." This promo addressed so much and really showed us where she's been these past years. I greedily hope that we'll see more of her in OGJ in the future.

Geese: "I thought you had magical powers after what you did to me the first time."
Robin: "Awwe, when did you get so romantic?"
Geese: "It was like the magician's rope trick. I had to be treated for dehydration."
*Robin lightly punches his shoulder and looks nostalgic.*
Robin: "That takes me back."

X's and O's sets up another match for 12/13. As of last night, I have now finished capping all of the 12/13 videos! I can start working on the write-up once I finish ASFS for November and write a few more promos. I've also gotten a lot of videos for some of the early 2025 shows too 😎
