Anybody follow Lucha?
There's actually an event going on right now on AAA's Twitch.

CMLL is on another level right now.
You can catch their Friday shows pretty much weekly on YouTube and NJPW has been publishing a show every once in a while from there featuring their guys. It's absolutely worth watching. Not sure about AAA, they're always sort of a mess, but CMLL is crazy good right now.

I've been hosting the AAA events on my Twitch channel each time they've been available.
I'm getting into the habit of posting about it more often now. I'd like to make it a community thing for those that are interested.
I don't know why, but the best way to make AAA enjoyable is to get a bunch of friends together so that everyone can witness the spectacle of a train wreck in wrestleman form.

Watched AAA tonight nothing of note.
CMLL has been having some good shows, Fenix Vs Cavanario from a few weeks ago was tremendous.
Also, the weekly CMLL show can be watched live on NJPW world, for free, with a Japanese VPN.

It's mostly build-up to Triplemania. The card for Triplemania itself is pretty barren (according to Wikipedia). I'm going to assume that we get at least one more Gira de Conquista show before Triplemania XXVI. They're putting Shani over pretty hard. I'd be extremely shocked if she dropped her mask to Faby at this point. Every show up to this point, they've had Faby take the mask, which leads me to believe that there's very minimal chance of Faby winning. Unless it involves some monstrous chicanery with Taurus, I'd expect Shani to win. I'm fine with Shani winning anyways. It doesn't appear that the Reina De Reinas Title is on the line. They're also pushing the "Póker de Ases" (Poker Aces) Four Way Mask vs Mask Match pretty hard: Fantasma vs La Parka vs Pentagon Jr. vs Psycho Clown. I'm going out on a limb predicting Fantasma will be the one losing his mask. He's taken the mask of Psycho Clown on every show that's aired on Twitch, and he also took Murder Clown's mask as well. He's in big trouble. I'm not sure if La Parka's and/or Pentagon Jr.'s masks are on the line too, but I doubt any of the other three guys are at risk of losing. Psycho Clown is suuuuuuuuper over as a babyface right now and he's basically "The Guy". La Parka is involved because of the MAD storyline, and Pentagon Jr. hasn't been around lately, so there's not much recent history for there to be a feud here, unless it's building to a post-Triplemania storyline involving them all. Far-fetched booking: Los Psycho Circus reforms (I hiiiiighly doubt it though). The binds are unraveling between Maximo and La Mascara. There's been some pretty significant hints at a La Mascara heel turn with it being very noticeable on last night's show. Maximo seems to have formed an alliance with Pimpinela Escarlata and Black Mamba, but we'll have to see where that goes. There seems to be some developing story between Killer Kross and Murder Clown. I don't know much about it right now, but I'm going to assume that there'll be an upcoming Singles Match between the two. If anything it could possibly lead to Murder Clown and Pagano teaming up to face the Tag Team Champions of El Texano Jr. and Rey Escorpión. We'll probably get something involving Los OGT, MAD, and Nuevo Poder Del Norte as well. The only other AAA match mentioned is the Copa De Triplemania XXVI Battle Royal. Alberto El Patrón and Eli Drake appear to be booked for a match on the Triplemania card, but that's according to Wikipedia and subject to change. Edit: These are their next planned shows: Hopefully both of these shows will be broadcast on Twitch.

Rey Wagner was replaced by La Parka at the AAA show last night. But Wagner (and a few other stars) had a stacked show for last night's MDA 3rd Anniversary show in Monterrey:

His son, Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr., was also on the poster and the main card.
Rey Wagner being advertised with the mask on in indie shows across Mexico happens more commonly than some would think. I try not to think about it.

I try not to think about it. I figure it's the iconography of the whole thing. Maybe some people don't recognize him without the mask (at this point, who wouldn't recognize him without the mask though?).

You're right about that, too. Even though it has been almost a year since he's lost it, I forget there are people still unaware of Rey Wagner losing his mask.

Australian Suicide gets mad about being booked in an exoticos tag match, does LOTATION to make himself feel better:
I like him, though he's better off heading back to OZ, or replacing Teddy Hart in MAD.

I've not really sat and religiously watched any wrestling for about 17 years untill recently. I'm really enjoying CMLL on Fite TV, even though it's all in Spanish and I haven't a clue who everyone is.
