From Wednesday, September 26, the second event of the Pan African tour took place, here's a summary from our reporters: #2: Gaborone, Botswana [House Show] Main Event Botswanan Battlers(Thunder Fist(ZIP Japan) and FENYANG) vs. King Bemba and Professor Mark Gizenga Professor Mark Gizenga had a big run at the start of this contest, controlling both opponents with his classical technique. Bemba soon followed with some ferocious powerbombs of his own, but in the end, Thunder Fist was just too much for Gizenga, landing a gut wrenching Bowel Evacuation punch to end the contest. Renate Barlowe vs. Chenzira Ga'dan(Independent) This match was insane. No other way to describe it. For about eight minutes, Chenzira demolished Barlowe with every move in her arsenal. From Karelin Lifts to jumping spin kicks to rolling leg locks to running knees, she hit it all. And all the while, the erstwhile South African mercenary was content to respond with simple leg kicks. Yet, it was Barlowe who eventually emerged victorious, getting a surprising submission with her rolling kneebar. Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi vs. Simba Musfasa(AAW) A spectacular contest between two of the best junior heavies in the Critical Alliance. Mehrmohammdi's armwork was persistent through the entire match, but Mufasa answered by repeatedly dropping his opponent on his head. There were more near falls and escapes in this match than one could count, at least until Mufasa caught the Nigerian Prince in an AAW specialty, the Gedo Clutch. Anwar Omar vs. Jimiyu Wahu(Independent) This match would have fit in on any classic NWA card for the first ten minutes, with Omar's headlocks controlling the pace, but once the eleven minute mark hit, Wahu came alive, landing fisherman suplexes, busters and finally a huge spear to finish the match. --- Match of the Night: Renate Barlowe vs Chenzira Ga'dan No questions here, these two went at it, hammer and tongs. Barlowe's patient but risky strategy paid dividends and gave her one of the biggest upset wins of the year. Performer of the Night: Renate Barlowe For the reasons listed in the MotN award. All in all, this was an incredibly solid card up and down, all four matches were above average at worst, with the Barlowe vs Ga'Dan match and the Mufasa vs Mehrmohammdi match both providing roller coaster rides, Omar vs Wahu and the main event demonstrating some excellent fundamentals and the Botswanan crowd went home enthused by the potential of Pan African Wrestling.

Going to try to run another one of the house shows tonight for the Tour, reminder, these aren't televised, so don't think you're missing out if you didn't make it in. However, if you do need your fix, www.twitch.tv/therealdenizen is hosting ZIP Japan Future Shock tonight at 9:00 PM (ET)! Expect the best with an explosive Jr. Heavy title bout as the upstart champion Johnny Rekless defends against the threat of Darkness HAGE! Prepare for nail biting action as Green Crush defend their tag titles against perennial workhorses, Nails n' Grinds! After a shocking defeat to the imposing Donny Doogan, Daisuke Shimura has a chance to display his fighting spirit(and afro) once again in a #1 contenders bout against Maki Yoshida! And Hanako Yoshii's back in town to chew bubblegum and wreck arms, and let's hope she runs out of the former before she meets Psycho Witch in a Joshi title #1 contenders bout! All this, Storm of the Century, GORO, Cutie Booties, Super Scorpio's ugly mug(wait, I'm trying to promote this), and more! Be there or be square! --- #3: Nairobi, Kenya [House Show] Main Event Yetunde Oya vs. Renate BarloweBoth submission specialists are coming off impressive victories, Oya netting the win for her team against the Dynasty while Barlowe is here after Chenzira Ga'dan took her to the limit. Barlowe's combat style grappling has been proven already, while Yetunde Oya's mysterious bag of tricks cannot be underestimated. Ibrahim Rahman vs. Professor Mark GizengaThe Golden Touch Promotions star from Tunisia enters the fray against the Professor, who had demonstrated excellent mat skills in a losing effort against the Botswanan Battlers at the last tour stop. Will it be enough to fend off Rahman's relentless technique? Anwar Omar vs. Killer King Jones(Santana Family Wrestling)Killer King Jones claims to be Eritrean royalty. Nobody believes him, but he's claimed it for decades, and perhaps that's how he got on the tour. In any case, he'll have a tough go against the Somalian Survivor, who has toughness and basic technique to spare. Esi Dogboe and FENYANG vs. Layla Al-Amin(Phoenix Rising) and Ali Ahmed MehrmohammdiThe friendly rivalry of Al-Amin vs Dogboe continues in this tag team contest, with the two high fliers respectively teaming with FENYANG and the Nigerian Prince. Expect fast paced action out of this one.

RESULTS Pan African Tour #3: Nairobi, Kenya Saturday, September 29 Main Event Yetunde Oya vs. Renate Barlowe This may have been the match of the tour thus far. Oya seemed very much dangerous until four minutes in when Barlowe kicked her knee in, and seemed to injure it badly. She then locked in the Mercenary Lock...but Oya did not tap. And she wouldn't tap to another one, or a flying kneebar, or a rolling leglock. No matter how slow Yetunde Oya moved, she moved forward. Barlowe cut her open with a merciless face kick, and Oya answered by busting out the fork, over and over again. Eventually, the relentless assault of Barlowe finally yielded the result she sought, a submission courtesy of the Mercenary Lock, thanks to a stoppage from referee Kemo Diouf. Ibrahim Rahman vs. Professor Mark Gizenga This one played out about as one would have expected, with Rahman and Gizenga pacing themselves with their conservative mat based tactics, both too knowledgable to get caught easily in a flash pin or submission. Lou Thesz and Strangler Lewis would have apprecaited the intricate matwork and proper tactical outlook. In the end, however, the quality of Rahman proved too much for his foe, landing a lightning fast striking combination to take the win. Anwar Omar vs. Killer King Jones(Santana Family Wrestling) It was bound to happen. After all the spectacular matches that have taken place thus far, we finally get a match that was a bit less than spectacular on the Tour. And yet, it seemed the fans enjoyed seeing Killer King Jones walk through Anwar Omar's striking, surviving many headlocks, but also gassing out at the eight minute mark. From there, it became a battle of attrition that the Somalian Survivor eventually won following a vicious running stomp. Esi Dogboe and FENYANG vs. Layla Al-Amin and Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi The first fifteen minutes of this one were all about FENYANG. He tagged in quickly and decided not to tag out for over ten minutes straight. IN that time, FENYANG more than held his own against both opponents until Layla Al-Amin finally snapped out of her slump and amped up the pace. Ali Ahmed followed suit and it seemed that everyone took their turn when Esi Dogboe entered to hit her Black Star Cannonball to knock the stuffing out of her Nigerian foe for the victory. --- Match of the Night Renate Barlowe vs Yetunde Oya -This one is obvious, a drama filled, blood drenched war between two women who strike fear into the hearts of many. Performer of the Night Yetunde Oya -Despite losing in the end, Oya's valiant, striking effort to fight back from a seemingly crippling injury was well worth this award --- Injury Report -Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi: No time off, wind knocked out -Yetunde Oya: No time off, no injury. Amazingly, with her leg looking to have been wrecked, Oya walked away without any medical attention after her match and even went so far as to chase off a doctor who tried to check on her.

Some words were had after the events of the last house show in Nairobi:
Renate Barlowe: Everyone wants to look past me. They do so at their own risk. My own country disowned me. The other wrestlers don't want anything to do with me. And now they will avoid me. They all thought Oya was too much, they all thought Ga'dan was too much. But I proved that my experience and my ruthlessness was too much for anyone on this tour. I may have been the odd woman out to begin, but now I am the feared one. I have one request now: put me in that title match! I have earned my shot at earning the reward that comes with the Pan African title! And I will do whatever I need to do to win it. Even if it means ripping the leg off everyone else in the match.
After the match between Barlowe and Yetunde Oya, Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi tried to obtain some words from Yetunde Oya as she departed from the arena, but only received a fearsome glare in response.
Ibrahim Rahman: (Translated from Arabic) <The Professor is a great wrestler! It did me heart well to be matched up against such a man in this competition and to test my style against his. It is only right that we will face again, this time under UCSS rules. To me, this is a true blessing, to experience the joy of real competition...without any pests at ringside.>
Professor Mark Gizenga: I am very happy with my match, very happy. I lose, but it is good loss against great wrestler. And it is not the case that I will not have another chance to beat Mr. Rahman in the near future! Next time, maybe I am the one who escapes with the win. But even if I lose again, I have learned very much from the brilliance of his style.
---
We have one more house show this week before the big televised event in Kinshasa, DR Congo, which will be hosted live on broadcast this Friday, October 5! But before then, the Pan African tour makes a stop in Kampala, Uganda, the home of King Bemba, where he takes on the Rastafarian Rockstar from South Africa, Dr. Whizz!
Pan African Tour #4: Kampala, Uganda
Main Event King Bemba vs. Dr. Whizz(Independent) Dr. Whizz did not have the strongest debut on the tour against Jean-Pierre Mutombo in Johannesburg, but he gains another opportunity against a fearsome foe in the Destroyer, King Bemba. The native Ugandan looks to solidify his status as the strongest competitor on tour in this match, and his power and resiliency might well be second to none.
Mohammad Ramses vs. Simba Mufasa(AAW) AAW's resident Lionhearted fighter has a stiff challenge in Egypt's Mohammad Ramses, giving up quite a bit of size against his foe. Don't expect him to back down, however, as Mufasa's spirit far exceeds his frame.
Esi Dogboe vs. Nefertiri Two of Pan African's contracted women meet in this one, with Nefertiri hoping to set an example for her husband, Ramses as she takes on Ghana's Esi Dogboe, who herself is fresh off a knockout victory over Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi in tag action. Expect fireworks here.
Professor Mark Gizenga vs. Anwar Omar Two deliberate grapplers face off here, as the Professor and the Somalian Survivor prepare to trade holds in what could be a technical showcase for the ages. Gizenga held his own against mat wizard Ibrahim Rahman in his last match while Omar pulled off a victory over the veteran Killer King Jones from Santana Family Wrestling.

The fourth stop on the tour has concluded, with some tremendous matches for the Ugandan crowd in attendance. King Bemba's return to Kampala was well received by the public and the rest of the matches did not disappoint. --- Pan African Tour #4: Kampala, Uganda Main Event King Bemba vs. Dr. Whizz(Independent) Dr. Whizz was clearly motivated in this match to put on a better showing than his first match on the tour against Jean-Pierre Mutombo, and he did so with no doubt. While the Destroyer returned to his home land in regal garb, Whizz confounded him in the early going, making Bemba look foolish with his superior agility and preternatural reflexes. Whizz's flying knees and tricky ground game gave him a solid offence, and even escaped several powerbomb attempts with an eye poke. However, as this match progressed, the superior power of Bemba became apparent, blasting his opponent with lariats and a big splash before finishing with the Royal Annihilation powerbomb and death valley bomb combination. Mohammad Ramses vs. Simba Mufasa(AAW) Simba Mufasa came firing out of the gates with a huge dropkick, instantly making a statement that he was not backing down. And indeed, he did not, confounding the Egyptian with endless submission holds and leaping kicks for much of the match, controlling the pace. And yet, in spite of Mufasa's dominant performance, two consecutive Pyramid Drivers were enough to gain the victory for the Guardian. A top notch match between two top notch performers. Esi Dogboe vs. Nefertiri Now this was a sprint...a twenty minute sprint. Both competitors held little back as they fired off move after move in this one, Nefertiri's diverse arsenal giving her an early edge, but Dogboe did not allow her to take full control, hitting three diving sentons off the top in a row at one point, a diving Tope con Hilo, an over the back piledriver on the outside and two Black Star Cannonballs to finally take a well deserved win. Professor Mark Gizenga vs. Anwar Omar For the first fifteen minutes or so, this seemed like a total mismatch in favor of the Professor. However, after that point, the Somalian Survivor weathered the storm and managed to completely negate Gizenga's technical offence. Gizenga, for his part, could not deal with Omar's headbutts, stomps and low strikes, and eventually succombed to a headlock in what was a lengthy opener to the event. --- Match of the Night: Mohammad Ramses vs Simba Mufasa -Simba has been proving himself to be a tough, skilled opponent time and time again, and gave Ramses quite a bit of trouble, despite being half his size. A solid, exciting match to say the least. Performer of the Night: King Bemba -Bemba survived an early surge from the dangerous South African Rastafarian, Dr. Whizz, and finished his match in dominant fashion. A bit of hometown cooking in this award, but well deserved nonetheless.

One of the biggest stops on the tour takes place tonight at 8:00 PM (CT) as Jean-Pierre Mutombo and Professor Mark Gizenga return home to Kinshasa along with the Pan African Tour! And we have a top notch main event to boot as the ladies of Pan African Wrestling square off against the mystifying maniacs of Typhoon Pro's Mistfire Coven! Of course, the show will be found at: www.twitch.tv/senatorphillips--- Pan African Tour #5: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of CongoFriday, October 5, 2018 Main Event: Ladies Elimination Showcase Mistfire Coven(TIKI, HOODOO and MBALI)(Typhoon) vs. Yetunde Oya, Esi Dogboe and Nefertiri
You should all know the ladies of the Mistfire Coven. Some of the most unorthodox, dangerous foes in the entire CA, the Typhoon Pro trio steps through the portal to face off against a formidable trio of Pan African's best female warriors. Mohammad Ramses vs. Mr. Moonsault(Wacker Drive Revival)
Two supremely popular heavyweights meet in this match as Mr. Moonsault flies over from Chicago to take part in the Pan African tour. The supreme agility of Marcus Xavier could pose a serious threat to the Guardian, who will likely have to dig deep into his bag of tricks to come out ahead here. Ibrahim Rahman vs. Thunder Fist(ZIP Japan)
An irregular, asymmetrical match up to put it mildly, as the technical genius, Rahman squares off against ZIP Japan's fistic phenom. This one is not likely to last long, but as long as it lasts, one thing can be sure: either Rahman wins on the ground, or Fist wins on his feet. King Bemba vs. Jimiyu Wahu(Independent)
Fresh off his hard earned victory over Dr. Whizz in Uganda, King Bemba makes his televised Pan African debut against another tough indy talent in the Fisherman, Jimiyu Wahu. Bemba has a habit of steamrolling his opposition, but Wahu's steady toughness could very well put the outcome in question here. Jean-Pierre Mutombo and Professor Mark Gizenga vs. Strong Style Royalty(G.P. Christopher(Lightning Pro) and Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi)
A main event on most shows, the opener features a rare team up between two very different wrestlers with a common point of origin, taking on one of the Office's top interpromotional tag team. The raw charismatic style of Mutombo and the meticulous matwork of Gizenga make for a strange combination, but there is no such disconnect between Christopher and Mehrmohammdi, who teamed up because of their similar affinity for fast paced dynamic grappling.

I've uploaded TIKI, HOODOO, and MBALI in their current states. I can't remember if I've done anything different with them in the last few months or if I've uploaded any of their changes beforehand. I'm not sure if there'll be any difference.
I probably won't be able to make this show tonight because my sleep schedule has been an absolute mess as of late.

That's all good, Dawn, I'll have the replay up soon afterwards, and I appreciate being able to book Mistfire, in any case. Also, I've noticed that AAW will be running a show simultaneously with the Office tonight, I might attempt to start an hour earlier at 7:00 PM CT, so there's not a total overlap. You'll be able to catch the always action packed, always too-violent-to-show-your-mother, always well commentated AAW action tonight at 8:00 PM CT, and word has it that there's some piracy on the high ropes as Errol Roberts swings in to challenge the blood drenched Josh Belmonte for the AAW Heavyweight title! Check it out at: www.twitch.tv/doinkt

RESULTS Pan African Tour #5: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo Friday, October 5, 2018 Main Event: Ladies Elimination Showcase Mistfire Coven(TIKI, HOODOO and MBALI)(Typhoon) vs. Yetunde Oya, Esi Dogboe and Nefertiri This match started out showcasing the demonstrable gulf between Typhoon Pro’s Misfire Coven and their assorted Pan African opponents. The Coven set out to meticulously pick apart all three opponents, and between the agile power of MBALI, the tricky attacks of HOODOO and the force of nature that is TIKI, they appeared to be doing so with little trouble, other than for the agile escapes of Dogboe and Oya managing to draw MBALI’s blood with her wicked fork. As the match drew on, TIKI finally unleashed the full force of her powers, quickly eliminating both Yetunde Oya and Esi Dogboe, back to back, now placing Nefertiri in an impossible situation. The Dynastic Queen did not back down, throwing elbow after elbow, drawing the match out…and managing to pin TIKI with the Pyramid Driver! A moral victory to be sure. HOODOO set to finish the deal, and seemed to be on the verge of doing so when another Pyramid Driver connected, for the three! The Kinshasa audience was on their feet at this point, as the final two members squared off, with MBALI stepping back into the ring. And it seemed that she did so with a singular purpose…only to be caught as well with one last Pyramid Driver to give Nefertiri the impossible comeback victory of all time! Remarkable finish to one of the best matches ever broadcast under the Office banner. Mohammad Ramses vs. Mr. Moonsault(Wacker Drive Revival) Chicago native Marcus Xavier may have been feeling a bit jet lagged here, as Mohammad Ramses emphatically put him away with the Pyramid Driver, with nary a moonsault to be seen from the Wacker Drive ace. Ibrahim Rahman vs. Thunder Fist(ZIP Japan) Every match a MOTY contender? That seemed to be the theme of the night, up to this one. Thunder Fist gave Ibrahim Rahman a challenge, landed his brutal combinations…but got caught by a big dragon screw, and lost to the Nomadic Retribution neck crank in rapid fashion. King Bemba vs. Jimiyu Wahu(Independent) And if the opener wasn’t good enough, King Bemba and the independent star Jimiyu Wahu raised the bar that much higher. A brilliant contest waged by Wahu, who put the Destroyer in real trouble through the course of a twenty four minute match, getting the crowd behind him in the process, only to lose to a last ditch effort from Bemba. The Ugandan, on the verge of a massive upset defeat, managed to land a series of lariats into his crushing splash to finish things out to a remarkable match. Jean-Pierre Mutombo and Professor Mark Gizenga vs. Strong Style Royalty(G.P. Christopher(Lightning Pro) and Ali Ahmed Mehrmohammdi) The opening match did not disappoint…except for the local Congolese fans who saw their team lose to Strong Style Royalty. But the fashion of the loss was entertaining enough that G.P. Christopher’s finishing moonsault earned the Philadelphia native a great deal of respect as a result. A perfect way to start out the show. --- Match of the Night: Mistfire vs Pan African Ladies -On a night with two matches opening up the show that would normally have netted this honor, we get a MOTY contender that easily won this award. Performer of the Night: Nefertiri -And the amazing, ridiculous comeback staged by the Egyptian ensured that nobody had a shot at this one.
