Has anyone tried to share their FPW files on the network so that multiple computers can access it? I would like to be able to play on multiple devices depending on where I am in the house. Any suggestions? I don't want to copy things back and forth because I will eventually screw that up lol.

Doesn't steam use cloud saves for FPW? I dunno how you'd deal with custom parts but the basic save should be on steams cloud. You could try streaming it from your PC to the devices I guess.

I've heard of people having issues with the Steam cloud and Fire Pro (to the extent of losing their entire save), but I've not personally encountered any myself. Going between two computers has been pretty convenient and I've not really noticed anything that made it less than viable.
The only weird quirk I've run into was with tournament mode and league mode where it oddly seems that the two don't carry over between computers. That is to say, you can have a tournament on one computer, save it, go to the other computer, and there won't be a tournament set up. You can actually have two separate tournaments/leagues running on two different computers and both be saved. And that kinda seems like the sort of thing that could lead to a save getting corrupted or whatever (which is why I haven't really experimented with it or pressed my luck).
Other than that, though? There aren't really any differences or problems that I've noticed. That one quirk does seem to point (in my entirely uneducated opinion) toward some potential instability, but I'm not sure how far it goes. Hearing people say they'd lost their save because of using it on multiple computers via the cloud scared me away from doing it often, but I was incredibly thankful that the functionality was there when I switched computers in the first place.

Just chiming in to second the notion of being very cautious when using Steam cloud save. It has reportedly ruined saves for people running the vanilla game as well as using mods.
