Hi peeps just wondering who on here will be playing this next update as it will be taking my time up until fire pro is out on PS4. if you guys are looking for player to join then do so on here? Need to boot this up tomorrow evening. NMS is fun, despite the bad press it got upon release, but I'm more interested in other changes than I am in multiplayer (it would still be cool to try it out with some CC memebrs...).
I'm on Steam as Carlzilla (I think quite a few of you have me added at this point...) feel free to get a hold of me if you want to try some multiplayer.

I've been playing it all night. It's rad. It's no exaggeration to say that the update practically turns this into a brand new experience.
I was listening to a Pink Floyd compilation on Spotify while wandering on my new planet full of beautiful beaches / mountains and these machine-like beasts hovering around in the air that looked similar to the creatures in Gareth Edwards' "Monsters". There was some random dude that popped up and started following me around as we explored the landscape together for 30+ minutes. This might sound a bit weird without all of the context to consider, but I almost got teary-eyed when he launched back into orbit. Then, I fired up a Vangelis compilation and started mining for resources until forcing myself out of the game to sleep a bit.
This game man. This game...

Going to jump on the "the update almost makes this a new game" bandwagon, but it really does. Just scratched the surface this morning, man I wish I had more time to mess around with this game today! This is more how I envisioned the game being back when I read about it a couple of years back. I can see losing many free hours just wandering around in this universe. :)

This is killing the time I would give to porting FPD Rally edit.
No Man's Sky fans are similar to Fire Pro fans in a way: Those who stayed on for the ride since the start, those 20000-30000 who didn't ask for a refund, those are hardcore fans who just wouldn't let go too.
Not into multiplayer gaming, so STAY OFF MY GOD DAMN PLANET OR KAGURA HELP ME I WILL SPREAD YOU AND FEED YOUR CORPSE TO RAMPAGING ALIENS PROTECTING THEIR EGGS!!!

Finally got around to playing with the new update tonight.
It's pretty fucking good. I'm really enjoying it. I didn't get as much time as I thought I would because my old lady was given the night off, so I spent a lot of time with her instead...but tomorrow night she works all night, and I'll play a fair bit of it.
