Up next is a very rare guidebook created for the first-ever Fire Pro: Fire Pro-Wrestling Combination Tag. This 19 page guide was compiled
by the Japanese magazine Monthly PC Engine Fan all the way back in 1989.
Movesets, gameplay techniques, and even the earliest form of CPU Logic are all presented here for the sixteen playable Wrestlers.

My favourite aspect of the Combination Tag guidebook is the fact that each move's damage is tabbed out (spoiler alert, the most damaging
move in the game is the Piledriver).
The front cover features an illustration of Akira Saeba (Akira Maeda).
The back cover contains frames of animations from in-game screens of Combination Tag in action.
Pages 2 to 3 illustrate an example of how the guidebook's structure is read, as well as provides a summary of gameplay mechanics such as stamina, damage,
a selection of Wrestling techniques and basic button inputs.
Pages 4 to 5: Wrestlers are organized into their respective in-game tag teams.
The first team 'King Fighters' is comprised of Victory Musashi (Antonio Inoki) & Akira Saeba (Akira Maeda).
Each Wrestler's moves are tabbed out with the corresponding button inputs. A star icon next to a certain move indicates that the particular technique
is a Wrestler's finisher. The section on the right with percentage numbers is the earliest example of CPU Logic and button patterns used by the CPU.
