The guide is mentioning that Rude's pants attire can be switched by selecting #80 (pictured below) and adjusting it to #14 in the colour presets.
 Presumably, if players wanted to create Rude as he appeared in the previous game as a playable character in Super Fire Pro-Wrestling Special. |
