I got sidetracked doing some bits and I've found this:  Some of you might remember or even use my amazing logo patch from a few years back. I'd always meant to go back and make them look nicer but that was 7 years ago and I've forgotten how I did it. I've been able to export the logos but I've hit a hurdle with pallets when I put them back in. Does anyone have a suggestion on an application I should use? I feel like I'd hit my limit when I made English graphical menus, so these logos might not look so good... |

Is there any way to get the movesets and/or stats and/or skills and/or logic from the GBA Fire Pro games? I think stats and parameters are on Phil Parent's extensive almanach. Moves and logic etc. would probably need to be manually taken from the games. I'm not sure anyone has done it already though. I'm (Slowly) going through the process of putting a lot of them in to FPWW on the PS4, but this is going to take some time. |

So your patch replaces some of the default wrestlers with new wrestlers, right? And changes some of the movesets and stats/parameters, correct? Does this mean I'd have to use an unpatched ROM to get all of the default wrestlers and in their original form?

Also, I found a bunch of saves for this game on an old computer from like 2011. I have NO idea who made them or where I got them from. Is there a place to upload these or what?

Do you know if any of the edits from Final Fire Pro Wrestling were modified in any way in terms of movesets or logic for the American release of Fire Pro Wrestling 2? I'll try to answer your questions as best I can. 1. The patch doesn't replace any default wrestlers but does tweak some of them in line with their Fire Pro Wrestling Returns versions. 2. I usually stick stuff up on SendSpace. 3. I can probably make something for you but time is a bit limited at the moment. I'm a school teacher and this September in particular is a mad one. 4. I think wrestlers were replaced in FPW2 but nobody was changed. I hope that helps. Please drop me a message in a couple of weeks to remind me about the patch you've asked for. It won't take too much time but I just don't have any at the moment. |

1. So you just hacked in new wrestlers to the default groups? 2. I'm still trying to figure out/remember who even made the saves that I found. There's like WWE and TNA and a Japanese one and MMA and even an incomplete World of Sport save. 3. Don't worry about it. I don't think it's worth all that trouble. I can play your regular patch just fine, or the Japanese ROM if I want the older versions of the defaults for whatever reason. 4. OK, cool. Thanks for the info.

The World of Sport save was mine but pretty poor. I couldn't get the logic for the old British style. Cactusj00 made the 2010 patch with TNA and updated WWE rosters.

Looking at all the saves that I've got, there's TNA, WWE, "Indy", Japan, MMA, World of Sport, "Indy and Lucha", ECW, "Arcade Save", and something called a "Base" save.
I have no idea who made all of them or how accurate they are or much of anything about them at all. |
