Hey everyone,
Hope the Fire Pro clan is doing well. I'm rolling up my sleeves for one more Fire Pro project. I noticed while playing World on my mega-HDTV that some of these 2005-era pixels could use a fresh coat of paint, so I'm remastering the masks (and other bits) of some of my favorite Japanese indie wrestlers. I see a lot of edit likenesses based on picture-perfect accuracy, but I wanted to preserve the look and feel of Spike's original sprites. Long story short, I'm giving my favorite rasslers a cosmetic touch-up without reinventing the wheel.
Ebessan (added detail, tonal blending and color correction):
Kuishinbo Kamen (added detail, tonal blending and color correction):
Gran Naniwa (crab legs and expression edited for accuracy, tonal blending and color correction):
These are still a work-in-progress, but you get the idea. You'll find these on PS4 under username Turbojugend_LA. Ebessan is already up and there will be others to follow.
