now what do i do.... game crashed

hoping someone can give advise...i had bought Fire pro for my pc from steam.. it ran ok for a long time..but recently it crapped out.. and now i am thinking about trying to reinstall.. but how do i get the game again from steam...(do i have to pay again..??) and how if possible can i keep all the stuff i had created (wrestlers, rings and others...) any suggestions.. welcome...
