For those not on social media, the Fire Pro Community lost another member in Julius Council aka Level/wholenothalevel on August 1st. Obituary hereReally tragic how sudden this was. 38 is just way too young. I think the thing I will remember the most about Lev is that he always has a very positive and mature demeanor. He was very welcoming to all the members of the community and getting to know his story on Facebook, he carried himself the same way in life. He will be dearly missed. I hope I'm not violating anything by posting this. If so, I can take it down. Just wanted to spread the news so we could pay our respects.

Thank you very much for making this thread, Zealot.
This absolutely needed to be discussed here as well.
Level was a pillar of this community and a very good friend to so many here and myself for 15 years. He was a true mentor and role model in this community and in his personal life.
He had poise, maturity, vision, and reason which allowed his voice to guide the community. And he was always such a joy to talk to. He had so much energy and a true passion for life and this community. He had amazing creativity for Fire Pro and e-feds. He was an expert at having his unique voice come through in his e-fed projects which sparked others creativity. A game like Fire Pro, and community like ours, was made for him.
I really can't believe he was taken from us and his family so young. He will be greatly missed.
Rest In Peace, Level.

That's horrible news. Thank you for posting it Zealot. I didn't know Level outside of the community but within it he was as giant of a figure as his personal edit, always positive, supportive, and keeping a cool head whenever things got heated. He was a voice of reason and understanding but above all, he was honest with people. I personally haven't been in the e-fed scene for years but I remember his work well. That creativity of mind and earnestness of heart will certainly be missed. Sincerest condolences to those who knew him more personally. May he ever rest in peace.

38 is way, way too young to be gone... :(
I unfortunately didn't really get to know him very well, but every time I'd seen him around, he was always a cool dude.

38 is way too young, my condolences to those of you that got to know this man, unfortunately I never had the pleasure. Hopefully all of you can find some comfort sharing stories about conversations and other interactions you’ve had with Level. Sorry for your loss, everyone.

We had a very strong relationship outside of the community. Julius was a real dude. The best in every way. When we were trying to adopt our son Kingston, Level sent us a considerable donation that helped make that possible. He is Kingston’s Godfather. For our third adoption, the birth mother had NOTHING and had two children precisely that had NOTHING. Julius donated and iPad and a bunch of toys etc for the mother and her two kids. He was 100% genuine MAN! We texted regularly and he loved seeing pics of my kids. I will never forget him. Ashley, he loved you so much, i am so sorry.

Ah man this sucks. Lev was a dude I could count on to give a kick in the butt when I was feeling unmotivated and not wanting to do anything. In a friendly way of course. Just a very genuine dude. I was just thinking about him the other day.
