Okay so I updated the list with Knocked's last choice and to add TigerStripePro to Round 7. TigerStripePro was inserted in the order between Knocked and me. As I said before, any pick that TSP makes will be from the list of edits still available and will not be exclusive to him. Alright, then, fight fans! The Power Pro Universe is proud to welcome the Bayside Boyz, Jamison Beachler and DC Slater as the first two members of the Dixieland Dynamite wrestling organization! Veterans of the California and Indiana indy scenes, the two young men are seen as a tag team with a lot of upside. Beachler has a great look and is expected to be a big hit with the young ladies of New Orleans while Slater is seen as the workhorse capable of appealing to the internet fans. An exciting, marquee signing to be sure! |

I'm actually gonna make them one of the star tag teams of an entirely new regional company I've been toying with. In addition to possibly popping up in other companies from time to time, I see them as a hot young tag team that I can slot in as key players in this new territory going up against some of my more established teams that might visit the Big Easy from other promotions. They're shooters with a little bit of camp. Very white meat babyface/teen heartthrobs. Bleacher can take a beating and get bloodied, Slater can hot tag in and clean house. My first draft list actually was designed entirely around building Dixieland Dynamite, the company. But, then, I started thinking about "oh, this edit would actually work really well in this company" and "oh, what if I did this with this edit." So now I'm using a few draftees to actually start doing the thing I originally meant to do: swell my already overstuffed world with another new company. |

That's a really cool concept and name for a regional territory 😎 And having the Bayside Boyz be the home face team against visiting teams is a great idea. They really fit the bill for a Midnight Express style team that the home fans would root hard for. P.S. Haha, that strategy is music to my ears 👏 At the height of my e-feddery, I could not stop adding new wrestlers, new promotions, new Title divisions within those promotions, etc. Then when a draft like this would come around, I'd go into a feeding frenzy! My eyes were usually too big for my free time in finishing the edits but sometimes just the ideas I'd come up with in planning for them would help me out in the long term. I feel like anything done through this thread could be confusing but if you want to work something out with a another drafter that's up to those two people because edit usage is completely up to those that draft the edit so they can do whatever with them at that point. So basically work out deals in private messages. I wouldn't see a problem announcing deals in the thread just so others no where edits end up in case they want to work out some cross efed work. |

Since we chose Jefe Millonario as our previous pick, we are now choosing Jefe Supreme. We wanted to unify the 'Jefe' tag team to enhance our Universal Battalion tag division. Along Millonario, Supreme has been dominant as a tag wrestler and effective in singles competition. And just as Millonario has his nasty switchblade habit, Supreme has come to the ring with a full size plate glass window. This will not be tolerated in the UBL unless he plans to come to the aid of our arena after hurricane season." It looks like Knocked missed his drafting window yesterday. Can we trade future picks for previous picks/usage rights to previous picks? TSP - I don't mind if you offer deals in the this thread. In fact, one of the reasons I held this draft was to get more people acquainted and working together for edit sharing and feds. Things are slowing down a little in this thread anyway since some people have dropped out. You can certainly offer a trade but people may turn you down for it this late in the draft. I'm not sure if people would necessarily make trades for future picks given that we are so far into the draft, there aren't that many edits left, and just about everyone probably wants to hold onto their early picks. I don't think anyone would trade one of their early picks for even multiple future picks but I would leave that up to everyone to make that choice themselves. As for usage within feds, that's certainly up to everyone individually too. But you can announce a deal in this thread if you want for draft picks or for usage. |
