Do you have all the games DLC? Sounds like those edits are using DLC you dont own...

That's what I figured.
But I own the NJPW pack, The move craft pack, the parts craft pack, and the junior heavyweight pack.
What could I be missing that would include hulk hogan and andre the giants faces in it?????

Could be something from the stardom stuff? Or entrance craft? (That included a few edit parts). Might be worth messaging the author and asking...

If you have all the required DLC and the parts still don't show up and aren't in the required parts section (some creators are good at making sure all the parts you need are listed in the Required Parts section of the Edit): Find the part ID number by selecting the Edit, then adding that ID number to the FPW Net URL. For example (I'm on PS4): I didn't have the face for a Taz, so I selected him in-game and found the ID#, it says something to the effect of needing to subscribe to that part and gives you a number, so I go on my PC and go to firepro-w.com/item/detail/ and right after "detail/" I put the ID number it gave me in and brings me to that item's Subscribe page if it's still available.
