Yeah. I've bought a nice powerful PC and the deluxe version of World. I gotta start porting my PS4 stuff. It's only a few hundred but it seems daunting. I'll just go one at a time I guess. Are there any edit short cuts on the pc? Being mouse and keyboard and all...

Right-clicking brings up the copy/paste/delete/swap options, mainly. Makes it go way faster than with a controller. I think Ctrl+C and V might also work, but that might just be with move craft

It’s feel it’s a lot faster to make edits with a keyboard and mouse than with a controller, but some people may feel otherwise. It’s certainly a lot easier to be exact on color choices.
Right-click on attires and sections for copy/paste/swap, and the Z button to sort parts and moves.
I’d highly recommend installing the Mod Pack (get it from the Mod Pack Discord server) if only just for the quality of life stuff CarlZilla built in when making edits. - all taunts available for entrances - longer names - DLC, custom parts, and custom moves get autotagged as required in Steam - attire extensions provide a way to copy attires from one edit to another - templates let you copy moves, skills, and logic from one edit to another
There are a few other things the Mod Pack adds to the edit process that are awesome, but will prevent you from uploading to Steam. For example, additional logic options that can link to grapple moves as priority followups. Additional countries are cool, but would cause problems if those edits were allowed to be shared on the Workshop. Stay away from those two things if you’re going to share an edit.
All of those mod options are amazing, and I’m leaving out all the cool match stuff, legit Royal Rumbles, champs automatically wearing belts, etc.

I'll need to really dig in to learn it all. Is the anything that changes the edit preview window bg from blue to black?

There is a way to replace parts of the UI and background with new images, so I’m sure it’s possible. I haven’t done much with that mod, but I’ve done some color swaps to make my menus use shades of blue instead of red. There’s almost certainly a way to replace that blue background using the same method.

It is possible, and i responded to your question in the mod section, but the existing UI mod won't work for it, since the file you want to replace isn't actually in the resource asset file (where the mod pulls from).
The short answer is there is currently no easy way to do this without a big of legwork from your end.
