I think I remember reading somewhere that Nature Strange was at least partially based on Shinsuke Nakamura.

IIRC, Cherry Blossom Ikki's supposed to be loosely based off of Genki Sudo.

I read somewhere Kotaro Kurone is based on early Kensuke Sasaki.
I was just playing this mode for the first time and I see Ittetsu Kozaki, didn't he die during the Fire Pro Special story? or am I confusing characters?

haven't checked birthdays or anything, but neck-obsessed all-American suplex machine July Eagle might be Kurt Angle.

He is Angle! Dates match. Thanks Mo!
Ikki was a match for Sakuraba.
Kurone's birthdate is not a match for Kenske.

The British guy should be the easiest to find now, Lancashire. Born November 10th, so you're looking at anything between the 9th and the 11th.
Not that many Lithuanians running around in MMA at a high-level, and Smirnovas was a match for none of them.

Not too surprising some use move sets based on real guys. Spike snuck a Cena moveset in one of their workshop edits.

the Lithuania thing might just be a placeholder for a general Slavic country, as they've done in the past. Like, I'd start looking at Croatian, Georgian, Dagestani, etc. fighters.
Would really appreciate someone pointing me towards their bios so that I could maybe start taking some guesses.
