I’m a casual player who plays a few matches every so often. I haven’t been keeping up on the dlcs that have been produced. Is it worth it to buy the DLC bundle at the current discount? Does it add a few hours of story modes? I think it is like $28. The game itself is on sale for about $9.

I'd say go for it. If you plan on d/ling from the Workshop, definitely go for it.

Which one? I really enjoyed the Champions Road one which is a few hours long. I never finished the NJPW one but its cool and I've never even started the junior one but all are a few hours I guess.

Yeah if its the one I'm thinking of, just check it has NJPW, Junior and Champions Road and you are golden.
