Problems downloading wrestlers

 When I downloaded some wrestlers and ring logos, did the usual. Turned off the PS4 and on again but it didn't load any wrestlers up. Not even the ring logos. Earlier, I tried signing in to the Fire Pro net and my password wasn't working, so I created a new account. Could that be it? It says subscribed when I go to the particular wrestler, but they are not in the retired section. Can any account download wrestlers on that particular PS4, or does it have to be the same exact account?
