So I'm kinda stumped on this one. Despite having all of my CAWs set in the CPU logic to brawl outside the ring (or fling themselves from the top rope), none of them are doing it. No matter what the settings, all of my wrestlings toss their opponents out of the ring, walk to the center, and patiently wait for them to come back in. Is there anyway to fix this?

You can try lowering their discretion. The lower the stat the more likely they’ll bypass going to the middle of the ring to rest and follow the opponent outside.

Also, instead of trying to have them brawl OR fly to the outside, you might have to have them brawl INSTEAD of fighting on the outside. If their logic rolls a "hey, I should dive" but the opponent isn't stunned that particular time (or they're in the wrong position for that dive, like it's a corner dive that can't reach), they won't roll for a new outcome, they'll just wait. This can lead to guys just waiting because they can't hit the dive they rolled for, which means they won't go out and brawl either.
It's a bit of an oversight, but back when they set it up that way, it was safer to assume that NJ junior types didn't brawl, and roughhouse hoss brawlers didn't fly, so one or the other was fine. It does make really aggressive guys who DO fly, like a Sabu or a Jon Moxley or whoever, a bit more challenging to get feeling right, though.

Also lower the outside return count setting in logic so that once both wrestlers are outside the ring they will fight longer. Be careful going too low as it can cause count outs if a downing move happens when they need to get in. Think of the value as a rough percentage of the 20 count of when they will start attempting to return to the ring. So 50% would be at 10 count, %25 would be at 15 count, 75% would be at 5 count, etc. I like to stick around 40-60 depending on heels and faces with 40 being dudes who like to mix it up outside, and 60 being white meat baby faces that don't want to get their hands dirty.

This is all really helpful -- thanks. I'll experiment a little and get back to you if I have any questions.
